If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service here is so terrible, I’m literally writing this review as I’m still seated at the table because I am that angry. First, our waiter was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even listen - just rushed through. We had a party of 26, which I understand can be hectic but even with that in mind, the customer service here is beyond poor. We had multiple errors with our order - missing naans, extra rice, wrong tikka orders. When we would tell someone on staff that was bringing out the food about the errors, they gave us attitude and said “we are just bringing you what is written on the order.” When they brought out the extra rice, I told one lady we did not order it and she just placed it on the table and walked away - I told her once again when she returned and she did the same thing. So now, I’m basically being forced to pay for food I didn’t even order - what a waste. When we requested the missing naan - the waiter tried to convince me I had only ordered two when I had ordered three - when he was the one that had convinced me to order a third naan for my parents! After the multiple errors, I asked the lady on staff to talk to the first guy who originally took the order to figure out why there were so many mistakes and he never came back. They completely ignored us and did NOTHING to rectify their mistakes. On top of that, they didn’t even give us spoons or any utensils to eat with - we waited and waited and finally the lady brought us some after multiple requests.
The food here is mediocre at best. We ordered multiple dishes and each one was just okay. The customer service here is so, so terrible - honestly, find a different place to eat. The food is not worth the hassle with their...

Think higher quality Indian food without the modern frills. Huge menu with westernize options and options for natives.
Samosa has a thinner crispier wrap than most restaurants, but it works! Less of a mushy mess. Only problem is it comes just one piece per order.
Garlic prawn was fresh and saucy. Better than Cervejaria Ramiro, though CR doesn’t use any tomato, just garlic butter.
Rice was fresh and tasty,
Nan was good, not great, little drier than I prefer. Needs a bit more garlic, but I prefer more garlic than most people so it should be fine for most palates.
Butter chicken was creamy and tasty, as good as any I’ve tried anywhere else.
Service just average, not unfreindly, but they left us alone for the entire meal. less attention than American restaurants but more on par with Europe.
