SCAMMERS!- the manager and waiters are rude and awful to deal with, watch your money! Read till end.

I first visited this restaurant with a group 7 friends, our bill totalled to almost €200 and we had all paid our share and included tips. The bill stated drinks left to pay that we simply didn’t order and the restaurant was insistent for us to pay, when we explained there was a mistake on their end they would be even let us speak the manager doesn’t care about customers and they are SCAMMERS!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after my first experience and ended up going again with a different group of friends. After our meal we kept check of everything and the bill was correct this time. On our way out my friend brought a cone of ham that costs €6.50 and they charged on the card mechine €605 (assuming they made a mistake, but with the response we recieved I think they are scamming) when coming to resolve this they proceeded to tell us it was our fault for not checking the card mechine before tapping and was refusing to refund the card. After 20 minutes of deliberating with them they reluctantly gave us a cash refund and the manager was so rude and dismissive and didn’t care of any inconvenience caused. Especially as tourists here we are now largely out of pocket with exchange rate and banks charging exchange too. I will never return and anyone who does go there be extra vigilant as these people are scammers...

Sat down with 5 people and each one ordered a platter of Pata Negra. Meat was really good, but could’ve been better with maybe a little bit of oil. Service was ok. See a lot of negative reviews concerning tips and couvert, but did not experience this. We got a basket of bread although not ordered. We didn’t touch it and it didn’t get charged… They just took it back after we paid. Seating area outside was a bit dirty, but well you’re in a big city and at least the chairs and tables were clean. Halfway through my high end Pata Negra, a couple at another table decided it was a good afternoon for a platter of ham with a side of chain smoking. Needless to say this demolishes your experience. Other customers joined them in smoking their carcinogenic sticks so I left as quickly as I could. Overall: excellent for a quick bite if you love cured ham, but not really a pleasant experience. Tip: ban smoking....

SCAM FOR TOURISTS !!!

Me and partner did order the SAME meat, and got 2 differents type of meat…. (One was good and the other one very bad). It was served almost cold, i told them that and they warmed up the meat but still not super hot… We honestly gave the feed back to the waitress in face to face, we didnt get any answers about the meat…. I told them that I wanted them to do something for the bill, they couldnt because apparently « the manager was on day off ». The waitress was super kind and nice towards us. But the management and the business model of this restaurant is very POOR….. We paid 23€ per meat to have a quality super super low…. And not Even the same meats while we did order the same…..
