I recently visited Windsor Fenchurch and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional, specially from Bridgitte who welcome me and offered an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was amazing, adding to the overall vibe. And let's not forget the food – it was delicious. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic all-around experience.

Visited The Windsor on our last night in London and had a great time. We asked our bartender Gary for a recommendation and he didn’t disappoint, we had a couple pints of Camden Pale Ale and I highly recommend it. If you get a chance to visit don’t miss out on good beer and great conversation with Gary.

Great pub, only issue is the quality of the pints being pulled - when you’re paying a premium £6.20 for Peroni - let’s have some bubbles in it ! It’s flat ! Inconsistency is the issue - gets busy chuck the beer out quick regardless of quality. Another disappointing visit, that’s my last.

Been twice. Both times on a Saturday for the London Elvis club night. Although the entertainment is first class, the venue, staff and beer are all very very poor.

I met up with 6 friends and we love the Elvis monthly club when we can make it.

Having only two bar tenders on a night that has been booked out in advance seems like the pub knows you will stay all night because you are booked in and they will cut staffing cost without any care for the customers.

The staff in question have little or no customer service qualities. Waiting to be served is quite an ordeal, stools around the bar take up so much room that you find yourself standing in the middle of the dance floor waiting to be served.

I wont be going to another Elvis Saturday at the venue for these reasons. I think the management needs to have a good look at themselves in the mirror as they seem to think they can run a function night on 2 staff.

The beer, . The ale is of poor quality. Not only did each ale run out in quick succession, it was obvious that it was not kept well and not enough was ordered. Ale drinking in this venue was very poor. I expected to try a pint of each of the 4 or 5 ales on tap but only 2 pints were of drinkable quality which quickly ran out.The other taps consisted of some kind of cloudy dark matter that I gave back to the barman and asked for a different drink. Coke and lemonade ran out. I tried to order vodka and coke and was told they had ran out of all mixers. The bar woman had no personality and looked like she did not want to be there one bit.

I don't know how it is thru the week, but I will never waste another minute of my time at the hands of these amateurs at the...

Had a sensational evening here about three years ago, still comes up in conversation and is referred to fondly as the legendary pub in Fenchurch Street. We completely forgot the name of the place in a drunken haze, but our experience there is etched firmly in mine and my boyfriend’s memory, to the point that upon stumbling upon it on google, I felt compelled, as though it was my civic duty, to write this review. We met Essex’s best golfer there. We mutually bought each other’s parties shots of apple sourz all evening. He sang a rendition of chocolate salty balls on karaoke, the place erupted in rapturous applause. We were all chef in that moment. He invited us to afters at his. We declined. I hope he is doing well, and is still playing off of 4.

It’s rare a pub in London, especially a chain, will elicit such fond and frankly stupid memories, but I’ll give it to the Windsor, and for that I’ll give you 5 stars....

My favourite place in the city of London. Walking along the streets of this financial area it's really hard to find a place where you can just sit back and relax, until I found this not-so-hidden gem next to Fenchurch Train Station. They've outdone themselves with their order app, so you just sit, order through your phone and it's basically full table service (both drinks and food! Isn't that crazy?!). With great beers, wine and spirits to choose from, you can really have a taste of what is the true experience of a proper pub. On top of that, the service is just amazing! Props to Lauren, Josh and Helena for being so kind to me. Even though I was in a rush hour, they made everything they could to make this an unforgettable experience. AAAAAAND great price for everything!! Couldn't find anything cheaper around. Definitely worth the visit...
