What Waffle House is Truly About
Our experience was okay. Our food came quick, but some things were missing. And that's how life is sometimes. We do what we have to do in life, but sometimes it feels empty. We feel like we are missing something. But, just like in a restaurant, we shouldn't be afraid to ask for help. Whether it's asking your waiter for a refill, or asking one of your close friends to be there for you, the same way that Waffle House is always there for you. Waffle House doesn't need you, but they always appreciate it when you stop by and spend a bit of time with them. They will always accept you for who you are. From rain to thunder to tornados, Waffle House always remains open. They are persistent in being available for you, the same way an old friend would be. And Waffle House isn't a flashy place that insists on being in the spotlight. They are okay with being in the shadows, but there is a time and place for them. Waffle House is like an honest friend. They aren't going to do everything perfectly, but they'll try their best to help you. They may be busy at times, but they will still find a way to give you their service. They are reliable and are looking out for you. Waffle House is a great place. It's not great because of the food, or because of the speed, but it's great because of the availability. Through thick and thin, you will always be accepted at Waffle House. And although they may be called "Waffle House", I like to think of them as a...
Read moreMy wife two kids and I decided to stop at this waffle house on our way home we were traveling late it was around 130 in the morning. We ordered breakfast and did not get some of our order which was taken off at the register with no problems. However the eggs were overcooked, The hashbrowns were dripping with grease and had no taste. The only thing that was good about the breakfast was the toast and bacon. We could not get any refills. Rather than complain and send the food back to take the chance of having something special added we just ate what we could. At the register I was asked how was everything and I politely told him what was wrong. One of the cooks over heard and stepped over to apologize. Both looked at our plates and seen what was left on them. We say at the counter behind the grill. After I paid the bill in its entirety the other cook a tall blonde gentleman said loudly to another server that all they serve this time of night is drunks and the greasy the better that’s how they like their food. All I could say to him when I looked him in the eye was WOW and I walked out....
Read moreI grade on the curve with all food. I stepped inside the place really hungry. From the beginning, the coffee had a weird aftertaste. I have never sent back coffee in my 58 years. I had the patty melt the sandwich was slopped together with not very much meat with a few onions. It didn’t taste like the burger or toasted portion had been grilled together or either had been made that day. I had the double waffle. The waffles were under cooked and tasted as though it had been made at some point much earlier. I’m honestly thought it might give me food poisoning. I have had Waffle House food before and it was amazing. The service was adequate. I would recommend that anyone avoid this place at all cost. For what little I got, it was $27. I’m not the type of person to send back food. I I tried to eat the food, but ate very...
