I had two of their catered packages. The street was blocked off. So I had to walk 2 blocks, which is ok when you don't have food in your hand. Upon arrival, I was a bit agitated. I had called to get some assistance regarding where to park. Due to the street being blocked off. But no one answered. Upon entering the store.. I'm greeted with 3 employees sitting on their phone. Even though I called several times regarding parking. I received my food. Instead of the guy assisting me. He continues to play games on his phone. So I made several trips. Finally I got to the Christmas party. I'm missing one burner and a salsa and queso. Which is included with every package deal. I ordered 2 catering package deals. Received one salsa and queso but two bags of chips. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered, and the food not only missed items it tasted mediocre. Besides the street being blocked off due to construction. The customer service experience turned me away from...
Read moreSubpar at best... I tried this location because it's close to where I live and I must say the was no signature Welcome to Moe's as I'm used to.. that was first. The atmosphere is was less than inviting.. it's dim and not bright at all. I ordered a bowl and this is where things got interesting... I like I said a bowl with white rice because the other rice looked funny .. light pinto beans and half chicken half steak which were the portions of a small child... I usually like corn but it looked grossly overcooked and old as it was a brown -ish color so I passed on that and added queso, shredded cheese, pico/tomatoes, I think, quac and sour cream. Surprise when she said 14 and change... Really?? for a bowl that a toddler could eat... Needless to say, will definitely drive the distance to Willie's or Chipotle next time because the balance of cost to quantity to quality was not there at least at this location. Definitely was not worth what I paid for cold meal and mediocre taste....
Read moreThis is a cheap, mediocre joint. I have been coming to this location for 15 years, and I appreciate the free chips and salsa they serve with entrees. However, I only ever order one taco because the prices are high for what you get, and they give you lots of chips. The food is a far cry from Willie’s or Chipotle, which offer better food and a calmer environment though higher prices. At peak mealtimes, this location is bustling with students and locals alike, so be ready for noise. I used to love the Moe’s Sips they served; you could get a soft drink that tasted like a margarita. Unfortunately, they got rid of the digital drink fountains that had them and replaced them with standard nozzles, which are far easier to use. Overall, I like going to Moe’s because it’s so fast and reasonable if you just get a taco. A few of the workers make an effort now to slow down and help you if you have a question, so it’s not as bad as it used to be. ...
