Usually come in here for their chicken tenders, which are pretty good. The service however is not good at this location. The employees are rude, it never fails that ANYTIME we come in here they stare at us from the kitchen and wait until we ask them to come over and take our order (sometimes it takes 5+ mins for this to happen). Today I was trying to order via Uber and for some reason the app wasn’t working, I was taking an Uber here to pick up up so I didn’t have extra time to wait.
I called three times. The first time the guy hung up on me. The second time he was talking to an in-store customer and wasn’t listening to me so he hung up again The third time I asked to speak to a manager and when she got on the phone she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful — I told her I couldn’t access Uber eats, she took all the specifics of my order and then said “you’ll have to come in and order that in person”. I was confused why she would take my full order (asking how many tenders, did I want fries, Any sauces), just for her to say I needed to order that meal at the store, when I expressed my confusion and hoping for a solution she then said “I don’t have time for this” and hung up again.

Read moreI can in today. I was literally the only customer, I walked in and it smelled of sewer waste. I waited at the counter for a few minutes to watch the employees in the back chat and play on their phones. I then ordered a kids meal for $6.99 as advertised on the menu but was actually $8.98 without tax. I asked the employees why was there a price difference and no one knew why and didn’t know how to change it. I won’t come back here, I’ll just visit the chic-fila a block away from this location. They are clearly false advertising and there’s nothing the owners are doing to fix this error.
I specifically asked for kids fries and received just that… kids fries. Plus I didn’t get a drink either and a drink comes with the meal.
Dear Owner, maybe instead of telling me what I ordered, because you weren’t there to confirm or help, maybe you should advise your employees on how to properly work the pos system as I would not have this complaint if they knew how to change the preferences per my request while ordering. It seems as if you or your employees are solution oriented.
So like I said, I won’t be patronizing Rock’s Chicken & Fries again. Thanks for validating...
Read moreWe went up to the counter and ordered a Judy salad with grilled chicken for my wife and a Yuma burger and fries for myself. They give you a vibrating wand to let you know your order is finished.
Our wand vibrated but none of the trays had our food. They were confused but figured it out after another 5 minutes.
At that point I sit down and open my chicken sandwich and none of the toppings that are supposed to be on it were so I went back to the counter. Some more confusion and apologies and they said they would bring it out to the table when finished.
In the meantime I start eating my fries and my wife starts eating her salad which featured grilled chicken, goat cheese, spinach, strawberries and candied pecans. There was a large selection of dressings to choose from and she had the basil balsamic.
My sandwich came out and I was super happy that I got it corrected as it was so good with all the toppings - bacon, fried onions, cheese, jalapenos and buttermilk ranch sauce.
