-100 stars today! I cannot believe how extremely poor my experience was, while watching the employees treat other customers like the best thing ever since sliced bread. I Googled nail spas close to the hotel, this one was the closest. I called at 9:38am to inquire if 10a, 10:30a, or 11am would be available for an appt. The woman on the phone said 11am. I arrived at 10:57am, all employees were busy servicing customers. I was told to sit in the 1st pedicure chair. The chair was archaic: inadequate choices for type of massage, I am short so it failed to go to the spots I needed most, the chair only went so far up for my feet to be on the foot rest (it was problematic for the nail tech), and the seat itself was uncomfortable to the point of causing buttocks pain. I was NOT offered a “color wheel” to pick my color while I sat in the chair waiting until a man came to start my bare minimum basic “spa manicure at 11:26am. I should have ran out of there when I had the chance. He sat a bottle of Kirkland Signature water down on the counter next to me, but for the past 30 minutes I had been drinking out of my own spring water bottle. I was not given a choice, which from reviews I read and personally witnessed, they offered all the other customers water, soda, and even alcohol. The man attempting my spa mani didn’t seem to understand the concept of “square-square” nail shape, and commented several times on my nails being too short for that. Then he asked if this was my first time here? Yes. Why? The nail spa I had been going to since 2010 has changed ownership not to my liking, and all of my favorite pedicurists are no longer there. I seriously regret for not giving them one more try after 13 years of patronage & loyalty. He asked the name of the place? I said the correct name. He condescendingly informed me he never heard of it, then once I said the alternative name then it was “oh no one calls it that other name why not just say that.” I literally still find extra loyalty cards in other wallets and bags everytime I switch them out, and that’s the name on the cards. Waste of a manicure for uneven rounded nails and poorly trimmed cuticles, no cuticle softener/remover used, waste of a scrub on my hands, lackluster 5-second lotion “massage.” A woman started my pedicure at 11:46am. No one introduced themselves to me, so I do not know any names. This woman doing my pedicure kept snatching and jerking my feet, to the point where I was slouched down uncomfortably, until I used the pillow in my lap as lower back support. It’s not my fault the seat would not move any closer forward. Bare minimal ingrown removal, I still feel them on both sides of both of my big toes. Oh, how can I forget after not getting to pick a color for so long, to me asking the man for more color options (he originally had only given me one color palette of lackluster pale nudes when I wanted red), to having a hard time choosing between 6 different shades of red, to around 12:20p being told the red I chose is empty. All gone. And to pick another color. Meanwhile, an incredibly tall and loud man was sat in the seat next to me, announcing how hungover he is and how he needs a his usual drink immediately, and they were falling over themselves to cater to him. The woman doing my pedicure was horrible and did a terrible job. For some reason my total was $83 for the basic spa mani labeled as $19, the basic spa pedi I think labeled as $37 (no paraffin, no stones, no mask or scrub nor massage, etc), gel polish on my toes, nothing at all for my nails. $83 HOW?! I was not offered nor given a receipt nor itemized anything. I feel like I volunteered to let them rob me. I cannot believe I had such a disgusting, insulting experience based on the reviews they have. I would not be surprised if they have a way for the bad reviews to be removed. I seriously am devastated with how awful I was treated, and on my birthday at that. You know how most salons or spas try to upsell you, offer additional services? Zero, zilch, nada! Nothing was serene nor relaxing about this place.

I used to love this place, I’ve been going there for almost a year. I’d get a sns manicure and gel pedicure. But I needed to stop going because of negligence of the nail tech. First I noticed that my nail was kinda greenish/yellowish and then one day I decided to take the dipping powder off to make sure I wasn’t just seeing things. I was right I got the ‘greenies’. Ok. I started treating by myself with tea tree oil and I decided to remove the gel from my toes. The best thing I’ve done. My tone nail had a big yellow spot and I started treating as well. I got rid of the one in my nail but I have a long way ahead me on my tone nail. What made me so disappointed about this whole situation is that both times I noticed something was wrong were when I was at the nail salon. The nail tech never said a work, they would see the problem but just cover it. I don’t know if the material is not sterilized or what 🥴😓 Yes, your nails are going to look pretty, they make a good job at that , but I do not guarantee that they gonna be healthy ☹️

I hate to leave this review because I used to love this place but with the experience I’ve had recently I will not be back here. The nail tech that I went to before was 10/10 unfortunately she was not there for my last two visits. My nails I just got done on Wednesday, I went back on Thursday for them to correct because the polish was chipping on every nail. The nail tech who fixed it didn’t look at all of my nails and only re-gelled the nails that I told her had visible issues. She was also acting very annoyed to do so probably bc she wasn’t the one to do them initially. The nail tech that originally did them filed them down way too much so they are chipping and breaking already even after my 2nd visit within the week. Unfortunately this used to be my favorite nail salon but because of the way my nails were done and the way I was treated when I came back for the repair I will not be returning.

Let me start out by saying that I only booked a gel pedicure here because my ClassPass membership was ending and I needed to use the credits before I lost them so I figured I would get a pedicure. I typically go to a newer salon on Roswell Rd TenTen Buckhead and they do AMAZING!!!

When I arrived to the appointment I told the lady at the front desk ( Asian lady) that I wanted to add a add a regular manicure- just file shaping and cuticle cutting to my appointment to freshen them up a bit. The polish was still in great shape.

Fast forward the girl who did my manicure made 6/10 fingers BLEED they’ve been in pain since.- she also didn’t change the shape at all with the file. This happened on Wednesday the 11th and it’s now the 15th and my cuticles are still in poor condition and in pain. My pedicure did turn out alright but the tech who completed it was so distracted and on the phone nearly the whole time with her partner multitasking - it was so distasteful !! Anyways , the owners did seem lovely they just need to reevaluate the individuals they are hiring . I still left a 30% tip because I understand this is peoples livelihood . I am perplexed by all of the glowing reviews- I guess I had an...

This salon truly deserves more than 5 stars! I originally came as a ClassPass member, but the exceptional service and consistency have kept me coming back as a regular customer. Every visit has been a pleasure.

I was actually present when the previous customer, who left a 1-star review, was being serviced. I can confidently say that everything in that review was completely untrue. In fact, the technician was far more patient than necessary. The customer was incredibly picky and unpleasant, and despite the technician’s best efforts to accommodate her, some people just can’t be satisfied if they’re determined to be unhappy.

Personally, I’ve been impressed every time I visit, especially by the dedication of the techs, who even work through their lunch to make sure we're taken care of.

As a delightful bonus, during this visit, I got to meet Cindy’s adorable and bright little girl. She was sitting at the front, counting her numbers and charmingly engaging with customers. It was such a heartwarming experience!

Overall, I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for consistent and great service and a welcoming atmosphere. You won’t be...
