Dunkin' — Restaurant in Atlantic City

IT WAS LATE AND THERE WERE A FEW LOITERES HANGING OUT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR.WHEN WE ENTERED INTO THE STORE, TO OUR SURPRISE THERE WEREN'T ANY EMPLOYEE'S PRESENT. WE WERE JUST ABOUT READY TO LEAVE WHEN MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE ONE OF THE LOITERES FROM OUTSIDE CAME IN AND WENT BEHIND THE COUNTER IT WAS AT THAT MOMENT I REALIZE IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE. ANYWAY WE ORDERED ICED COFFEE AND HE MADE THEM IN SUCH A HURRY THAT IN EVERY SIP OF THE ICED COFFEE U TAKE WERE CLUMPS OF PURE SUGAR. IT WAS HORRIBLE. WAIST OF MONEY..MY DAUGHTER ASKED FOR THE KEY TO THE LADIES ROOM AND WAS TOLD IT WAS BEING OCCUPIED. WE WAITED about 5 more minutes and decided to knock on the door nobody had answered so we went back up to the counter and told the gentleman behind it that no one was in the ladies room. He then said that's because we knocked on the wrong door we were supposed to knock on the men's door. We then said we didn't want the key to the men's room because we are ladies and want to use the ladies room for which it is for. He then said well that would be a problem because there is no key to the ladies room so if you have to use the restroom you have to use the men's room. When you have to go you have to go! So we then said okay we'll use the men's room only for him to tell us that the man who used it prior to us never brought the key back THANK GOD my daughter is only 4 years of age because she had to relieve herself so bad she couldn't make it to another bathroom and had to squat behind the dumpster. So to make a long story short not only does the service suck but their iced coffee sucks as well and wasn't worth the $15 I had to pay two drink clumps of sugar I could have went home and made that myself. Even the bathroom service was ridiculous. Next time I'll save my money and go...

The entrance was surrounded by panhandlers trying to get anything they could from everyone walking through the doors. Inside was filled with people complaining about their orders, if I hadn't placed through the app in advance this would've gotten me to turn right around and go elsewhere. I grabbed my order and left as fast as possible, only to find out that one item from my order was missing, the muffin I ordered was completely different from the one they gave me, my breakfast sandwich was cold (even though they set out the bag with my food a minute or two after I got there) and tasted awful. The coffee was made well before any of the food, so it was cold and I needed to make the decision of staying in the store with the rest of the complaining customers or going back to my hotel and microwaving it (I chose the latter).

This was the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to and their inability to get even a single basic item right was beyond...

Was never greeted when we walked in. Was not given my receipt. People were very rude. Bought my son and myself a croissant breakfast sandwich but neither was edible. Croissant was burnt which made the entire sandwich taste burnt. We were leaving to come back home to PA and was about half an hour away from the shop before we realized the sandwiches were no good. We had to throw them out and the first service plaza we came to and got more sandwiches at the starbucks there. We I returned home i emailed the corporate office and inquired about getting my money back. I was told the complaint was.being sent to the franchiser. Tomorrow will be a week and I have not gotten a response from either the franchiser or corporate. Not a good way to deal with an...
