Potbelly — Restaurant in Baltimore

Had an original size A Wreck, a side of Mac n' Cheese with mushrooms, medium unsweetened iced tea and a pumpkin cookie.

The sandwich was ok, I enjoyed the bread, though the meat and toppings were pretty skimpy. If that's the amount in an original I can't imagine what the skinny option, which supposedly has 1/3 less meat, is like. Toppings were also few and I didn't get pickles as I requested. What the sandwich had plenty of was mayonnaise. Kind of too much mayo. Basically, it seemed like a mayo sandwich with a few toppings.

Mac n' Cheese was ok. Kinda dried out and lukewarm. I'll admit it was just about an hour before closing (I know, I know - it was the only place in waking distance) but still, don't serve subpar food no matter how ready you are to go home. Mushrooms on the Mac n'Cheese were the same - lukewarm, obliviously cooked many hours ago.

Pumpkin cookie was good, flavorful, soft, iced tea was pretty basic. Not bad but not very good.

Considering my lack of choices at the moment, I was ok with what I paid, would've liked a better...

I am a customer for 11 years, I saw many employees in the restaurant and the last time, I went to my son and my service dog but No good customer service, the cashier confused the order the my son(6 years old ) I tell she no spicy sauce because in 3 times I order for door dash and I said mustard, but they have 2 different types “ 3 day ago I know what it is the problem. In the wall menu don’t say YELLOW MUSTARD but I TELL THE LADY NO SPICY AND SHE MADE THE SANDWICH. When I bring to my little boy the sandwich He say mommy the mustard is brown, and I bring the sandwich to she, and she said ohhhh why have just this mustard spicy! But I tell she 3 times is for kid! This the reason the manager need change the wall menu please! For no confusion to the customers! I miss...

This Potbelly can get with crowded at luch time, as many University students and hospital employees will come here for lunch. However, as long as the line is, it moves fast. Since it's mostly employees and students ordering for themselves, the line moves quickly. The Potbelly workers are also fast. They regularly have live music during lunch, which is nice if your are by yourself, but if with others, you can't hear anyone else speak. The restaurant is usually clean, the staff checks the restroom and clean the tables regularly. They do struggle to keep up with the trash can during the busy lunch hour. Overall, with Potbelly, Subway and Jimmy John's also closer by, this is the best option for a quick sandwich. And, if you want dessert, it has milk shakes and...
