I’ve Visited This Dave & Busters Location After Their Grand Opening. This Place Had Bigger Prizes To Win Tickets. I Go To The Auburn Location & The Bellevue Location As A Choice, Just To Win Bigger Or Smaller Prizes By Earning Or Gaining More Tickets. Before The Grand Opening Of The Bellevue Location, I Won A Wireless Bluetooth Speaker At The Auburn Location. After Earning 200,000 Tickets, I Won A Pickle Rick Plush Toy From Rick & Morty, Gaming Headset With Microphone, Wireless Bluetooth Microphone Speaker, A Rick & Morty Coffee Mug, The Office Coffee Mugs Of Steve Carell As Michael Scott & Rain Wilson As Dwight Schrute Coffee Mugs And An Air Fryer For The Kitchen At My Family Home.

So 2 Years Later And Now To The Future On Wednesday August 30th, 2023, My Power Card That I Had For 3 Years Had No Chips, & No Tickets. Meaning That My Power Card Was Roamed From The Auburn Location. I Went To The Staff & Told Them That I Had 300 Chips With 286,982 Tickets, I assumed 300,000 Tickets. So I Got Help From Mr. Jordan Who Is A Pleasant Gentleman At The Bellevue Location, I Explained Everything Of What The Problem Was, And He Gave Me A Transaction History Report Of My Original Rechargeable Power Card, Which Is Great! Because There Is History On That Card, And My Last Visit Of The Auburn Location Was On Wednesday May 31st, 2023.

Mr. Jordan Cannot Restore My Chips & My Tickets, He Recommended Me To Call The Dave & Busters Guest Services On The Back Of My Card. So I Decided To Play There For A While, Jordan Gave Me A New Rechargeable Power Card With 315 Chips On The House, And I Won 7,900 Tickets On My New Power Card. So The Next Morning, I Went To The Auburn Location, They Told Me The Same Thing By Giving The Dave And Busters Guest Services A Call About My Situation On The Back Of My Power Card. I Explained Everything To Them In A Voicemail Message. After For Waiting A Call Back At 3-4PM, They Told Me That They Have Restored My Original Power Card With The Same Chips & The Amount Of Tickets That I Have On My Card.

Mr. Rob, The Manager Of The Bellevue Location Told Me That There Was A Software Glitch On Their Electronic Kiosk System That Caused My Power Card To Be Roamed From The Auburn Location. It Was A Very Rare Problem, And This Has Never Happened To Me At All. I was beyond thankful that it was completely resolved! Now That My Original Power Card Has Restored, I’m Using To Spend Some Of The Tickets To Win 2 Pairs Of Ear Buds, Hot Wheels Mariokart Die-Cast Character Cars, Rick & Morty Water Bottle & An OLED Nintendo Switch.

If poor customer service really gets to you, then don't come here for a while until staff is full and properly trained. We usually are very understanding with new businesses being understaffed but it became frustrating when we saw a group of 3 employees standing around chatting instead of servicing us and our surrounding tables. If it's not their job to help us, that's fine... but then they should be trained to chat in the back and not on the floor while diners are trying to find a waiter to help them.

It would take our waiter 30mins each time to come back to us, and kept forgetting to bring us water that we asked for. Forgetting something is fine, but at least check in on us so we can keep reminding you..the fact is that we didn't get water until we were almost finished with the meal. He also took our card when we first sat down so we had to wait forever for him to come back so we could pay and leave. Then when we paid he took out all the credit cards he had, presented them like he was playing cards and then asked us to choose which one was ours--which I thought was kind of concerning that he was sharing other people's card information to us. Then while we were paying he would not take his eyes off how much we were going to tip him so that was also awkward and uncomfortable. No one was there to bus and take away dishes, so our table was full of plates by the time we left. We ordered an app, 2 entrees and a dessert. By the time the dessert came out, there was no room for it on the table so the waitress who brought it just had me hold it and left while my husband was trying to stack dirty plates to make room lol it was honestly such a mess. All the tables around us were dirty for at least an hour but for some reason staff had time to stand around and chit chat.

Regarding the food, the shrimp dip was delicious. Burgers were meh. Overcooked. Fries poorly seasoned. The cake was a disaster when it came out. It looked like the whipped cream melted or never set so it was just bubbled milk on the plate which made it look disgusting (see pic). But the cake was actually delicious..it just didn't look it. 😆

The arcade had a lot of fun games but a lot of guests were not wearing their masks so maybe avoid coming in if that bothers you because there were no staff walking around to enforce those rules.

Overall, we wouldn't come back here again, but we think it will improve once their staff is trained more. I don't see their service getting any worse, so I expect it to be much better in the next few...

Came for the first time on a Tuesday night around 8:30pm for a date night with my boyfriend. There’s lots of parking available and it wasn’t too busy, we were seated within a few minutes.

There was only one person working at the bar and perhaps 10-15 other customers but he was working diligently, acknowledged us when we sat down, was very friendly, and told us he’d be right with us after we were seated.

They ran out of watermelon purée for the strawberry frosé, but the bartender offered to switch it to mango purée. The drink came in a large glass and was very delicious! There was some extra rosé wine left and we got to keep the can. Loved and was fascinated by the changing color straw haha

Food was unexpectedly good! The pretzel dogs (only 3 in the pic since we were hungry but there’s 5 pieces!), voodoo pasta (food presentation was nice, flavor was good but on the saltier side, and pasta was just slightly over cooked), and chicken burger we ordered were all spicy so people who cannot eat spicy food beware! The chicken was flavorful and tender, very well-made for both entrées.

Games are on the pricier side but it is Bellevue and everything’s new and clean. New tables and chairs, nice ambient lighting. We’ll be back again for some more arcade fun and to try out more cocktails and food dishes in the future for sure! Thanks for a good night =)

Edit: 4 stars = 3.5 stars (I’ll keep it at 4 though, rounding up because the food is good and the last server who helped our table who could clearly see my frustration was much friendlier and more prompt and attentive)

Came again with my bf and a friend and was trying to put in a food order. When I asked the bartender, he said find a server. When I finally found a server (I had to take an entire lap around the place!), he said find the bartender… 😬 The staff at the front entrance didn’t welcome us or acknowledge us when we left, they were too busy chatting amongst themselves 🤷🏻‍♀️ Tried the chocolate cake this time though, and it was really yummy! Definitely for the chocolate lovers out there 🍫 Voodoo...
