Went to get a puzzle for my mother's birthday. Everything was going smoothly till I casually mentioned that I used to play with yoyos. The person ringing me up got all excited and practically demanded I buy a yoyo. When I refused, they gave me the yoyo they were playing with and said "show me what you've got." I refused, but they were very forceful. I tried out the yoyo and they absolutely FREAKED OUT when I tapped the ground and tried to walk the dog. They grabbed the yoyo back and proceeded to make many backhanded remarks such as "I thought when you said you played with yoyos, you would know better." Along with other remarks to that effect. I felt upset and extremely embarrassed. I usually just shop across the way at Games by James, but took a chance on air traffic and I fully regret it. If I ever go back to this store, it will certainly not be when that...

Was there this weekend with my daughter to buy her a stuffed animal she’s been wanting. She had her own stuffed animal she brought to the store wrapped in her sweater. We go up to pay and the guy working there asks if what she has in her sweater is from the store and we said no so he then asks if he could see it because he said he noticed her by the stuffed animals. It was out of line to ask these questions but didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. If he was paying attention he would have seen she had it all along. I could’ve just left but didn’t want to disappoint my daughter more because of his comments. Very disrespectful and ignorant for him to think we were stealing but yet paying for a $50 stuffed animal. Will not go back...
