A new venture by the creative geniuses of State and Lemp and it shows. We came for after dinner drinks and were impressed by the attention to detail from the décor to the music and of course the perfectly balanced drinks. Everyone should feel welcome here--although the vibe is definitely cool and hip, it is not in the least pretentious or hipster. No over the top trying-too-hard speakeasy or clubby blow-your-eardrums out clubby atmosphere here. It almost feels like you are enjoying a nightcap in your neighbor's very cool yet cozy living room. It's just a totally different experience than other places we've frequented. I ordered the moron which was refreshing and delicious while my husband had two off-menu drinks created for him by our friendly and attentive bartender (I believe her name was Railli). We can't...

I’m gonna jump right in. If you want to know what a $40 hamburger tastes like, but you only have $16, this is your place. If it’s still on the menu by the time you see this, it’s the French Onion Soup Burger. Like any top tier restaurant should, they change their menus, and if it’s too late by the time you read this, go with your gut. If it’s on the menu when you arrive, it’s a top 5 best burger of your life.

Side note. If you’re into whiskey, they have a good collection with better-than-fair pricing. If you like cocktails, my wife and I have tried to find one we don’t like, and we have failed thus far.

It’s too bad google only allows for 5 stars, because this place deserves 10....
