It just so happened that at the drive-thru, we got behind a problem customer. After about 10 minutes, the car got their meal but stopped halfway out and backed up to the window, which I was about to enter for my pickup. I couldn't back up. The guy got out of his car telling me to back up because they messed his order up and he wasn't going anywhere. At this time of the morning, there were 5 cars behind me. I told him, I can't move back. I said, "Why don't you park in the drive-thru parking space and go INTO the store?" That's when he dropped the FU bomb. If it wasn't for my wife or the lady with him, I would have broken that finger and slapped him with a tire iron. That's just what you might run into at ANY drive-thru. As far as the breakfast, it was good. I think that this place, as all McDonald's, should make incentives for workers to better enjoy their job. But this morning, the guy that was taking the orders was also working the pickup window. 2 jobs at the height of breakfast goers, and there is a long wait. Not in any way was this the fault of any worker. It just makes one think that McDonald Corporation has taken the job of 4 people and made it for two. I see smiles when I go here, but go there around the end of a late shift, and those smiles are gone. They just want to go home. Mikki-D's, get your act together and make interesting food. Shake up the menu. Or, they could do a retro menu for the older generation. Remember the jingle "Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame bun?" I remember if you said it real fast, like under 3 seconds, and you'd get a free Big Mac. I liked the instant win tickets. Be on a drink...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite McDonalds to go to in the mornings before work to get my breakfast but lately it's been a joke I'm either waiting 15 minutes and the drive-thru a because they're not taking orders in a timely manner or be there not making food in a timely manner. Your managers look like they're pissed off at the world constantly giving dirty looks instead of leading their employees by example and smiling and saying have a nice day I can't tell you the last time I had a employee or even a manager at this location tell me to have a nice day. I've decided to no longer go here because I'm sick of constantly spending my money somewhere that I don't feel wanted or grateful. On May 4th at 6:45 a.m. the lady in the pink shirt in the Drive-Thru that rather text on her phone and take our orders made me 5 minutes late for work I showed up 15 minutes before I should have gotten my order done and out into work in time. And last but not least when you come through your drive-thru and you order a sweet tea and you constantly get unsweet teas and you call in the managers are just like so exhausted and so overworked that they just don't care that's a problem to me because I spent my dollar coming to your restaurant to get a sweet tea and to get unsweet tea and then just get told I don't know what to say is unacceptable you guys need to get your head out of your ass and start being grateful cuz you get paid more than most people in Branson be grateful you have a job! Treat your customers with respect or will start treating you the way you treat us. Seriously step...
Read moreI went from one Mcdonalds to another because the first location nobody answered after I sat there several minutes in an empty drive thru. Then I arrived at this location and received soggy French fries, after the second bite of the burger....the texture felt as if it were raw (mushy) I spit out the burger and sure enough....I received raw burgers for the first time at a Mcdonalds. I was totally disgusted but thankful this visit has permanently cured me from eating nasty fast food served by people who can care less about food safety......and their jobs it seems. As a customer we are putting food you prepare into our bodies....it's personal and I think more people need to start questioning if eating in these types of places are worth it. It seems the prices keep going up, yet the facilities are nasty, the food is nasty, and I have walked out after watching employees in the kitchen. The operator in the town of Branson needs to put a little more work into taking pride in their establishments instead of just trying to make a fast buck. Since covid, restaurants have become ridicules with prices and poor operations.....there are no more excuses. Austin took care of the phone conversation when I called in professionally , however, I will pass on the replacement of product offer. I did save the burger just in case I get sick so it can be tested ;) As a media / video blogger I can tell you a new show doing honest reviews in Branson was just born....
