I get terrible anxiety ordering from this place. I love pizza and I don’t even really like their pizza that much. I’m big on the crust and not the sauce. They’re all sauce and very plain, hard crust. Asking for extra cheese gets me what I would consider a normal ratio of cheese to sauce.

One time I ordered during business hours, got charged, and no pizza showed up. I walked over and there and nobody was home. I eventually tried again because really they’re the only place that delivers and I work super late. I depended on them. When I tried again and brought it up I hardly got an apology.

I keep my phone on focus and it’s like every time they deliver I get the same sass about my phone going to voicemail. They have the address to the hotel I work at yet every time I get a sassy text about “where am I supposed to go?” There’s no place to add instructions for delivery. So don’t be so surprised when there’s no instructions. Just please go to the address?

So I keep trying because of the convenience of the location. But today I ordered and I tipped more generously than usual because it felt like maybe they caught on to the address and how many times I’ve ordered from them. NOPE.

I got the same text. They even suggested I come out to get my own pizza from them in the parking area. I hate leaving a tip and then getting sub-par service. And they forgot my side of ranch. They always have some marinara sauce on the side though. It’s on the receipt but not with my order. I am royally peeved at this point and the staff does not give off any sort of manner of wanting to make amends on their mistakes.

Not to mention it seems like they just don’t care. They say they deliver until 11pm. But they almost never do. It’s always turned off before that. And the one time I tried to plan ahead and schedule the order they just dropped it off as soon as I ordered it. Way early. So the food was cold and some of it got soggy. Seriously this is the worst place I have ever gone to for pizza and I’ve been all over Colorado. My whole family is passionate about it and my mom worked in a pizzeria in Summit county. This place is kind of a joke from my personal experience. Over and over again.

I just won’t go here anymore. This time it was too much. I go to work and depend on others to do their jobs. It’s super disappointing when you can’t do your part and successfully...

From the perspective of a 27 year local with many years working the food/service industry in the late 90s, early 2000s in Summit County: Could be the best pizza in Breck, too bad it is crazy expensive($5 a topping for example), and I took issue with one of the managers. I love pizza and had patronized this place many times prior to my last. I always thought it was expensive, but I thought it was worth the expense to get pizza that reminded me of home. Long story short, my family and I went there and won $75 worth of food and beverages at a bingo night in June. Dropped a small fortune on dinner there that night as well. Went back to redeem the tickets a couple months later, and was told they would not honer them. Full disclosure: As informed by the uppity manager…We apparently did not follow the instructions the person running the bingo night supposedly gave(provide email), but the place was really loud that night, and no one from our party remembers hearing those instructions. Also, if that were the procedure, why not ask for an email as they gave out the tickets with the prize on them?! I also asked our server before we left, if all I had to do was bring in the tickets to redeem the prizes, and he said yes. Either way, the manager would not honer the tickets, he also made no attempt to resolve the issue…pretty much just told me how I screwed up and walked away. One could say I got a bad manager that day, or maybe I’m just wrong in taking offense to this….but ultimately, the cost of this place...

$40 for a 24 inch pizza. The only problem is... It's worth $5 and it's only worth that because it will keep you from starving. Crust has no flavor. Sauce has a spicy zing that ruins the flavor of the toppings, of which there are few. Total waste of $40. Update after reply..... I see you like to talk down to the guests that leave bad reviews... That says even more to me about your business than the quality of your food. On a positive note, I should mention that the staff at the restaurant were very nice and polite. We ordered take out near closing time because we had just arrived in town so there was nobody to complain to about the poor quality by the time we got back to our accommodations and opened the boxes. I know I should have opened them before leaving your establishment but I didn't. I'm really not sure why you don't understand my behavior... It's a review of a product I didn't care for. The review serves two purposes. It's to give you an opportunity to see what people like or dislike and it's also to help consumers decide if they want to shop with you or possibly look elsewhere to fulfill their needs.
