I must start this review stating that the customer service from this team of knowledgeable men was nothing less than impeccable! I also made it a point to get everyone names who went above & beyond to properly fit with my boyfriend & I with the proper skis & answer the billion questions that I had. As a business owner, I am really big on customer service & they totally impressed me. With all the people & crowded that came into the store, they made sure to greet everyone with a smile & hustled to get everyone what they needed. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Pete, Ethan Eli, Cal, & Jackson! I’ve never been more impressed to see people work so efficient under pressure with very demanding customers, not to mention this is all during Thanksgiving (so you can only imagine the circus in there). Read moreWhile the location is great, service was lacking. We told them one had never skied before and I hadn't in 15 years. Upon expressing my concerns if they might be too tight, she just said 'well they are supposed to be', but no guidance on how tight. She said 'I can't feel your toes'. I asked if we could come back and trade them out if they weren't working out and she said 'it's best just to figure it out now'. It was 12pm, no one else was behind us in line, she just seemed VERY unenthusiastuc about working there or helping us. No extra info on how they should be buckled, we spent all day trying to figure out the right settings so our circulation wasn't cutting off or that they weren't too loose. The buckles kept coming undone. We both ended up with bruising on our lower shins. I found out that isn't normal and that I did not have the correct boot for my feet, or the boot lining was donezo. And to get my refund back at Breck at magi. Breck at magi they could not refund me then rental that I had to call the online for number. The help Line for Breck had no knowledge that I had not to picked up rental . I have called Breck office multiple times and hep line .. no one can help me and know one knows how to credit me !! Pathetic company . They are happy to take your money . I paid 5 rentals and private lessons . Lousy way to take care of your customer . I own 3 companies . This is horrific .. business practice .
