So I will start by saying. They are only getting 2 stars because the food deserved a 4. The service deserved a ZERO. I put an order in through the app and picked drive thru pick up. So I drove myself and my two children (5 months and 3 years) to the restaurant. When I get there the drive thru has cones in it. So noticing that I was the ONLY customer at Moe’s I called in and told them the situation and could they possibly bring my food right out front. I was literally in front of the door. The girl proceeds to say “there is no way you can come in?!” while basically chuckling. I explain that I can but since they allowed me to chose drive thru on the app that is why I decided I could bring my children along. She mumbled around and was like uhhh well maybe someone can bring it out. At this point so entirely irritated I said never mind I will come in. When I walk through the doors there is not one but FOUR employees literally just standing there chit chatting and doing absolutely no work. It was infuriating. I then said that I was supposed to have a large drink... they were out of large cups but the girl acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me two mediums. Read moreOrdered supper from here on Thursday April 1st through the website and my husband picked it up and brought it home. Once home I realized my nachos was missing the sour cream and the guacamole on it. I was a little disappointed since I love guacamole and sour cream. On top of that the guacamole was an upcharge. So I tried to call and see if they could just put the extra back on my card. I called 8 times over 15 minutes each time I got a message that this line was busy. At this point I realized that I was only going to get help if I drove down there. So I made the 15 minute drive over there with my nachos and told them what was wrong. I asked the young ladies working if the phone had been ringing off the hook since I kept getting a busy signal. I was answered with the phone hasn't rung all night maybe you dialed the wrong number. What number do you have? I gave her the number I got off of the website. The response was that's the right number. Then one of the other young ladies said they heard there is a problem with the phones and we dropped the topic. So they completely remade the nachos and apologized for the inconvenience. Read moreFirst off even before you walk into Moe's there is a sign on the door that bathrooms or for customers only. Anyplace that want to put a sign on the door that clearly tells people that they can not use the restroom unless they are a customer is tell me they don't want my business. A restroom is something we all have to use and this is wrong. I did not use the bathroom at all while I was there nor did I see anyone else so what is the big deal if you get a couple people who do not buy anything but stop to use the bathroom it's not like they drive out of their way to come just use your bathroom. Laziness and not a good business tactic. Also if you're going to close at 8PM make sure you close at 8:00 and don't put up a sign saying you're going to close at 7PM . The food was not that good it was okay you feel rushed once you step up to the counter they want to push you through real fast and you can't really have time to look at the different options. As for me I do not go that often and I am not familiar with all of the options that you have. Being rushed when there's nobody in line it's kind of wrong. Not really friendly either.
