Getting to Pasta Go Go is like walking through a barren cave in the stone ages then seeing a trendy IKEA decked out cafe rocking eurotechno music at the end of it. It's a hidden sanctuary from the tourist trap that makes up the area of downtown Charlotte Amalie. I know you're thinking "pasta for breakfast?" Nope we didn't get that, they actually have a pretty good breakfast menu and coffee, who knew with a name like that!
What's mind blowing about this joint is that there is no price gouging going on. This cafe is sitting on prime real estate to easily partake in what their neighbors do but they have somehow resisted. $5 for a delicious breakfast sandwich, $2 for freshly brewed coconut coffee and $4 for a yummy iced latte is a steal on St. Thomas where average checks for breakfast will run you $25-$30 for two. Service here is also State Side quality, polite, and spot on. You can also get healthy pasta options for lunch ranging from $6-$8.
Located in the Royal Dane shopping mall, parking around this area can be a drag. If you've brought a car with you, be prepared to circle around the one way streets (especially bc it looks like they dug up a section of Main Street). If you're lucky and early enough you can snag a spot in front of Little Switzerland.
Free wifi and awesome movies being played in the inside seating area round out this cool place. Forget wanting your normal Starbucks to start the day, if you're vacationing here, this cafe is the...

Read moreWe needed good coffee and a lite snack this AM, and Parley Cafe served up both! It’s a little bit off the beaten track, down an alley aways, but if you’re familiar with downtown Charlotte Amalie, you know the drill. If not, look up the location here and you’ll get there!
Super nice owner/operator, originally from the States, but in St. Thomas for years. The lattes were perfect, espresso to milk ratio, and piping hot. We also had the cubano panini, which was da bomb! As an after thought, we picked up a pistachio muffin, which was also very good as well.
I’m not one to regularly give coffee shops 5-star ratings, but Parley Cafe deserves it! Highly recommend Parley Cafe for coffee,...
