Dunkin Donuts is by far the best donut place in the world. They feature lots of different menu items and choices za'atar second to none 2 any other donut establishment ever created. The Boston cream is definitely the classic iconic symbol as well as others like the eclair and chocolate frosting. The muffins if you've ever had one are better than any Deli. If you go in early you'll get fresh donuts like you can get in big cities at private bakeries. There's sandwiches oh my gosh are so great I like the croissant sandwich with your choice of either bacon or sausage. With your choice of either bacon or sausage. Then they have a good selection of coffees both iced and hot. If you've never had a frozen coffee from Dunkin Donuts you are missing out. The staff is usually pretty friendly and I end up usually tipping a dollar or two. Always willing to help the customers and make rest assured that I'm getting the best quality food possible. Dining area is always clean and sanitary. The outside of the stores are usually kept pretty clean so Props to whatever pressure washing company takes care of that a few times a year. I would also like to say that although I have not used it many times the bathroom is usually pretty well stocked with all the supplies in a minute to use that a public restroom should have. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my food at a Dunkin Donuts but if I did it was because it was a holiday and I went out of bad time. But hey the longer the wait the fresher the food because they are running through their supplies faster. In conclusion I would like to say Dunkin Donuts is my hero when I'm hungry in the morning or even in the afternoon or I woke up late and want a breakfast sandwich at 1...

I would like to start off with this was the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I have ever had. The place just looked trashy as you walked up to the store. As we walked in we were greeted by a sign on the front door of all the stuff they don’t have. Which we come to find out was not the completed list they kept that behind the counter to keep it a mystery. How fun!

As we came up to the front we got a look at the donuts and OMG they looked like they were made by a 5 year old. Not all the donuts were complete either. For example if you did not know Dunkin’ Donuts did a donut for children’s cancers to put out awareness. They are plain donuts with yellow icing and yellow sprinkles with a glazed donut hole in the center. They managed to mess this up so bad I could not even recognize those donuts. (Pictures).

After, they did not even have all the sizes for the drinks or the correct boxes to but everything in. In Florida weather we were given a box of donuts stacked on top of each other. Icing was every were. I get not having the right boxes sometimes but at least you could have separated the donuts with a paper or napkin.

The one good think about this experience was the person working the sandwiches they got them out and did a good job with the limited supplies they had. Given that they ran out of half there food item including bacon and bagels.

Over all bad experience and would not expect this at a tourist area for a...

Went in at about 8:30 pm. I don't know why, but I expected to be able to purchase some doughnuts, even at 8:30 pm. I mean, that's what they do. It is what they specialize in. They had maybe three different varieties of doughnuts. And only a few of each variety. I was kinda put off about this. I asked the young lady behind the counter what was up and she tried to explain why DD was out of doughnuts. Her explanation fell on deaf ears. I just could not believe that DD was out of doughnuts!!!!! When all was said and done, I left there with 4 doughnuts, stale doughnuts!!!!! And a bad taste in my mouth for Dunking Doughnuts. What could have been a promising relationship between the two of us, is not. Too bad because I love coffee and doughnuts and I pass by there at least twice, but most times, more, on a daily basis!!!!! I don't know. I may be wrong. But for some reason when I walk into a Dunking Doughnuts, I expect that there will be a nice variety of unstale doughnuts waiting for me when I get there. I mean , it is a doughnut shop!!!!! It is their specialty. It is what they do!!!! And not twice a day. The little bit of the young lady's explanation for why there were no doughnuts, that I can remember, is that they are only made twice a day. At midnight and at 6:00 in the morning. That makes NO SENSE TO ME!!!!! And being that that is the case, make enough to last through the day and the evening. Just sayin'...

MANAGER CANT EVEN TELL ME IF HIS PRODUCTS CONTAIN DAIRY WHEN ASKED. As he sits in the corner of the store on a laptop..... POOR MANAGEMENT THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES. This was a 5 star place until management started not to care. Go complain to the manager and ask why all their wonderful employees quit. I have been going in this dunkin donuts everyday for a few months now (I'm doing roadwork down the road) There's always these 3 girls that literally hold the place together. With all the tourists and people like me working early. This place is packed every a.m. They're always still very nice and would get my meals out perfectly and in short time. The past few days all of the food hasn't been in stock. I noticed today those 3 were not there... There's a different staff and they had food.. I feel bad for those 3 girls. I don't know what exactly happened. ...lol they could've just finally gotten a day off(which I doubt..like I said I've been going here for months and they're always there) I just hope they weren't forced to quit due to poor management, so that's why I must write this. UPDATE: 1 member is left of the staff...all the others have left.....

Only went in for an iced coffee & left with a bonus! Totally forgot to get the employees name because me and my aunt were so excited about this. There was a toy Road Runner on the donut display and we were joking "how do we get one of those?" He heard us talking about how I've got a Road Runner tattoo and we all thought it was a funny coincidence. Long story, short-he let us have it! & Since we're silly tourists I asked him to sign it for me 😁 so nice!! Everyone there was super nice, though- not just him. The store was in good shape, the drinks good & the employees & atmosphere super!
