Review: I recently visited the Juice Babe Smoothie & Juice Bar and had the pleasure of trying their Strawberry and Banana smoothie with Almond milk, agave, and hemp hearts. Let me tell you, it was an absolute delight!

I was extremely disappointed at the customer service here. I ordered a wellness shot and waited for my order. I noticed everyone was getting drinks made and I was still waiting on my shot. After about 10 minutes (maybe even more) I asked the guy who took my order how long it would be before my order was ready. He proceeded to reach in the refrigerated case to give me the shot. Since this was my first time ever coming to this place, I had no idea I could have grabbed my own shot. He offered me a 20% discount for my next visit, but I was visiting from out of town so it would be pointless. Another worker comes from the back telling me I could have grabbed the drink myself. I told her I was unaware because, again, I’ve never been to this place nor was I even told I could do so. They could have even given it to me after my order was placed. I am a major fan of juice bars and welcome the opportunity to try new ones whenever possible. It was even better that noone was in line but there were 2 people waiting and one person making drinks and 2 others in the back and roaming. It took almost 10 minutes for them to take my order at Juice Babe. The young man not making drinks or doing much of anything and saw me there and kept passing me by. The young lady had to tell him to take my order and he begrudgingly did so. I ordered a 20oz drink and paid for it. The young lady began making my drink, looked at me and gave me a 16oz cup. I said I ordered a 20 oz and she shoved the 16 oz drink at me a said this is a 20 oz. They are rude, disrespectful, lack customer service skills and do not provide a quality product. I won't return...
