Bar AC — Restaurant in Denver

My server Jenna was fabulous. I was there for dessert and a night cap. Small menu of amaros/fernets. I ordered the creme brulee. My favorite dessert. The presentation was great see photo, the taste out of this world perfect vanilla, but the consistency was runny, and in my experience that is a no go, kind of like runney whites in your eggs Benedicts. Would totally give them a second chance on flavor alone, but am only here for a hot min.

Oh, cookie is just fine but extraneous to this dessert, does not add or subtract...

We had an amazing experience at the bar, and it was all thanks to Erin! She made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. Erin is not only super funny and engaging, but she's also incredibly timely. Despite how busy the bar was, she managed to keep the drinks flowing without missing a beat. Every cocktail was perfectly made, and her quick service meant we never had to wait long. Erin truly made our night great, and we'll definitely be coming back...

This is a great place to hang out and have late night drinks! I was in town for 2 nights for the Great American Beer Festival, and we went here both nights for drinks. The lounge area has plenty of seating and is very comfortable. The Manhattan was solid, as was the Garden Gin and Tonic. My only constructive criticism is that I wish their kitchen was open a bit later. We were so hungry and they had no food by...
