He told me there are a lot of details, but that he also has a great business partner making the beans that he has made a relationship with for nearly two decades. He makes sure his ingredients are fresh and he gets to know his tastes and the tastes of his customers

This is an awesome place with some great coffee in the downtown area. It is not one of those places where you have pretentious baristas looking down upon you with beards and fake glasses. I have worked the specialty industry and can say the product served is great along with the care they take in preparing drinks. Only reason why I did not rate a 5 is because it was a more modern clean take on a place and it is missing a slightly homey feeling. My appreciation for coffee also comes with the escape that the best shops offer where when you step in the doors everything fades away. If you plan to enjoy your coffee this place is not for you, we wanted to sit in the patio where there's tables obviously they were there for people to use! When we arrive there's only one chair, we go back inside to tell them about it, they're like: there's no more chairs! , there were two more tables all of them with out chairs!!! If you don't want people to sit in the patio you shouldn't have put tables outside... because we chose that place for the first time today because we saw purple out in the patio... never coming back... also, the people there fit want to deal with customers......
