I stopped to grab a breakfast bagel this morning as I have done many times before. I happened to have a beverage from another establishment in my hand at the time. A man behind the counter (owner/manager?) attempted to shame me by asking what I was drinking and then told me I should be drinking theirs instead. I inquired as to what brand they use, and when he told me which brand he added, it is SO MUCH BETTER than (insert other establishment's name)! I have tried their brand before and I do not like it, which is why I purchase what I do like from the other place. I was at his place of business spending my hard earned money and he had the nerve to attempt to shame me for spending my money how and where I chose to spend it? I am tempted to not return to this location, which is unfortunate not only because of the convenient location, but also because they do have good food. Treat customers well and you will have...
Read moreLet me refute, wholeheartedly, the negative review regarding Iced Coffee at Tuscany...This coffee shop is the absolute jam! I work in the building connected to the cash register building and gladly walk past the more convenient Starbucks because the coffee doesn't even compare. I used to drink Iced Coffee, but these guys really turned me on to the Iced Americano, which is what the negative review on here is referring to.
Why would anyone want some crap iced coffee when they could have an iced americano? Tuscany is legit and the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable and care about the customers. If you are looking for some dark water in your cup that someone will sell you as coffee, check out the convenience store in the Wells Fargo building next door or swing in your nearest Starbucks.

Read moreToday the owner/manager scolded me in front of my colleagues because I asked that my pastry be warmed up on a plate. When they warm it in a bag, the icing or topping ends up on the inside of the bag instead of on the pastry. I was informed that the plates were there for the $8 sandwiches. I spent over $9 between my pastry and sandwich, not to mention I convinced my colleagues to spend their money here instead of at Starbucks. Awkward conversation. At first, I thought he was joking, but he wasn't.
I have been going to this place for 3 yrs for breakfast sandwiches as well as lunch. The food has always been great and most of the time the staff is very friendly. But from now on my money will be going to Starbucks and all because of scolding a customer about a plate that probably costs a...
