This place sucks. The staff and "owner" are beyond rude, and they are incompetent to boot. I went there today for the first time to try them out. There was nobody waiting when I arrived, so I was able to place my order right away. Once I left, several other people came into the store and also ordered. The 3 people after me had their sandwiches made, and they left, so I looked at my receipt and noticed I had been standing there at the pick up station for 25 minutes since placing my order, so I inquired about it with the cashier, who indicated my sandwich had not been made. It had already taken 15-20 minutes extra to make the food, and I was now late work due to this, so I requested a refund. The cashier suddenly became curt and silently walked away, returning with a woman who described herself as the owner. Without offering any apology, the woman stated she did not know why it took almost half an hour to make a sandwich in a shop that was not busy and had at least 6 or 7 employees working. As I was Continuing to explain my case, she said she was working on processing my refund, but she was actually continuing to talk to me about how it wasn't her fault because she "wasn't there," so I told her she was taking too long with the refund, since she was actually complaining at me rather than processing the refund. When she heard this, she left the counter and got another employee, who stated I needed to leave, or they were going to call the police. I encouraged them to call and stated I was not leaving until I got my money back but that I was never going to go back to their restaurant again. Another employee who was coming back from lunch overheaed this and stated, "good." They never did bother making the food, and I was late to work. I tried to call their corporate line listed on the website, but it just connected to a cell phone in which no voicemail had been set up yet. These people are jerks. Totally unprofessional! And when they make a mistake, they will shirk responsibility....

I love their hot turkey sandwich, and have for years. However, it's very disappointing to share that their service is just too slow recently. I intentionally visited off-hours around 2:30 in the afternoon. Despite there being absolutely no one in line and no waiting orders when I arrived, it took longer than 10 minutes to complete my order. It seems there was only one employee making sandwiches and it seemed like they lost track of my order somehow. I saw several other orders filled during this time and multiple sandwiches made, and they even asked me twice if I was still waiting. I simply hope they'll somehow find a way to make service a bit quicker for waiting customers in the...

I love this place. It’s my go to while I’m in the office and love they have bfast all day. Love a hash for lunch. It’s not high end food but it’s good quality, portion and variety. It’s easy to customize your meal and the team is very friendly. It’s also quick and has a good catering option. It’s not a spot I would say is going to win any awards, but it’s solid and consistent which is almost more attractive. The also have plenty of healthy and completely gut busting meals which is nice. Sometimes I need a salad and sometimes I needs to smash my arteries with a gluttonous bacon burger. This place can do it all! Prices are set appropriately for the area. Good for any quick...
