Graham's Beach Grill — Restaurant in Florida

I absolutely loved the environment and I loved the time spent w my love ones.I came in from out of town to visit with some friends of mine and catch dinner. We came in a group of 5 and went to tables by the pool table because every bigtable was taken but we came specifically for food and pool. There were two people sitting at the big table meant for 6 and they were about halfway through their meal. One member of our group went and got menus another to the bar to get a beer and to place an order. I then went to the bar to get myself a drink while sitting at the bar the two people at the big table finished their meal and left and another group of 6 sat. The bartender immediately went to get them set up and their drink orders. One of my friends fiance's walked up after me and was next to me at the bar and was helped first. I had been there for about 20 min at that point still without a drink in my hand as I watched her take care of the family GROUP that walked in after me. I overheard her say it was almost time to be off and she was trying to tab everyone out. Which I could understand if she wasn't in such a hurry to sit at the bar after work to have a drink of her own. She eventually came and got my drink order but I've come to the ultimate conclusion and I have never ever ever thought this in my life but the experience was real clear that I wasn't a man and she was taking care of people she believed would take care of her. I have never tipped a bartender only $5 for food and drinks which I tipped before I got my food unfortunately because she was in such a hurry and kind of wish I gave the tip to the man that took over and delivered my food, he was great and came back to check on us throughout our visit. I will be back but Ill probably sit on the bar she's not bartending on or show up with a man to order my drinks for me so my service doesn't...

Went to Cocoa Beach on vacation. Spent an obscene amount of money on some of the more touristy places for subpar food at best and overpriced drinks. Our last night in town we waited too late for dinner around our resort so decided to broaden our horizons. I’m so incredibly glad we did and I’m honestly so upset that we didn’t find this place on night 1! The food was AMAZING! Huge portions for the prices. You can tell this is a locally loved place. Everyone knew each other and our server was super sweet and very personable. We spent around $100 on 5 meals and 2 huge beers while we waited. Please go check them out. I can’t say much for atmosphere because like I said- we just ordered take out. But everyone was friendly and we ended up running into people from our home state - ironically enough. Hot wings are solid - loaded tots are the best - chicken bites are delish - no one would share their shrimp or fish with me. Lol. But try it out for yourself - I doubt you’ll regret it. My wife and I made a stop here after coming into the area from our cruise ship and needing a watch repair from a store up the street from here called "Jesse the Jeweler". We were starving and needed something to eat bad and decided to take a chance here. BOY WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! So first things first, this is essentially a dive bar. There's just no way around that and that's fine, honestly. I've seen a bunch of reviewers stating that if you're black, you're going to have a tough time and I definitely can understand why that may have been the vibe, but our hospitality and service was a legit 10/10. I didn't feel any sort of apparent racism or prejudice when we entered. I will note we were the only black folks in the establishment, but truthfully, it didn't feel like it mattered.
