5:24pm on 02/29/24 First off this was my first visit in MONTHS to actually get finger strips and not 3 inch nuggets from this location. So much so that's the only reason they got two stars and not one because I felt like I hit the jackpot lotto by not getting a dissatisfaction basket where I have to fill up on nothing but texas toast and fries. On this day which I have been to this location many times and have been on the fence about leaving bad reviews about portion sizes at this location Only. This is also with a customer that comes here a lot and have decided to take my business to McDonald's where at least everything is PROPORTIONALLY RIGHT. On this day though I come in and wasn't greeted instead I walk into the three stooges of Raising Canes huddled near the cash register and as soon as I come in the door the one says what did I tell you, and the other clown says yeah I bet you. Then one stooge disappeared and left with two stooges. The one finally asks me may I take your order? I say yes a Caniac combo but I pronounced it more like the drink and not like the cane iac combo like the stooges must of wanted. Because then the stooge asks what is it you want. I repeat it again a caniac combo. The stooge then says hold on I am confused, are you wanting a kids meal combo. The stooge then asks again what is it you are wanting sir I was starting to say it louder and was like bottom left corner. So just established my order with the first stooge and the second blonde haired stooge chimes in mind you my 3 year old is with me this whole time.... so the second stooge is like what seems to be the issue(there was no issue). I said I want a caniac combo he want to correct me and pronounced it Cane iac combo you mean? I am like yeah you say Cane iac combo I say caniac combo toemato tomatoes lol right the second stooge would not let go of whatever stick was wedged up his but though and everything I said he would cut me off with is there anything else whenever I spoke. So took extra long when my daughter was already hungry. So I get my drink, grab my food when called, have a seat and eat with no problems. Get up to leave and both stooges that took my order are cleaning windows(definitely not appropriate time for how busy they were.) The second stooge opens the door for us. We walk out and I put my daughter in the truck, the second stooge has to hold the door open for an older gentleman too who was very polite and said "thank you very much and sorry for getting in your way, hope you can finish your work." to the second stooge.... The second stooges responded with and I quote " I will be able to when people stop walking through it." The third stooge comes out of no where and I hear the second stooge as the door is closing say "yeah he's the ahole right there." This second stooge and wanna be bully will be putting a picture up of him! Also will never do any type of business with this store again because they probably won't do nothing to him and my complaints aren't even done and it was with how the manager handled it so then went to corporate. Let's see if store manager will call me cause if not I might lawyer up. So being pretty upset I decided to play some music take my daughter back out of the car and dance to the music playing. As I am doing this yep the three stooges are in the window pointing laughing and having fun at a man dancing with his daughter in a parking lot to help ease her to sleep ?!?!?!?!? The funny thing boy is you will never be a quarter of the man or Father I am in life, Boy! I won't lie though if I was wearing my little brothers Raising Canes shirt and had to use a crowbar to slide those pants up I might be a little mad too. Seen they had A on sign but if your strips are Russian Roulette style where one day they 3" the next it's normal size to all the other Raising Canes then it is far from an A.

The most average meal I have ever had. So the most average rating I can give: three stars. Nothing was bad. It was all “good.” But thats it. It’s a plain chicken finger. No batter options. No spice options. No grilled options. No sauces (ketchup doesn’t count). Just plain chicken fingers and plain frozen crinkle fries you can get at Kroger. Again... the most average meal ever. I don’t understand how a restaurant can thrive on such mediocrity with every item on the Four item menu. Maybe that’s what people want. Recommend: Joella’s (amazing flavor, spice and sauce options), DQ Chicken Basket! Chic Fil-a (sauce options, unique batter flavor). Or even KFC or Popeyes (each with unique batter flavor).

Dining room is open and poppin’ like you’d always expect at a Cane’s! Staff seemed to be keeping up with cleaning tables too. Condiment bar was pretty clean for the crowd it was being abused by and that says a lot. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and it was really good! I think the only thing might be that sometimes you get a slightly dry patch and you wish you had some extra cane’s sauce to dab it in. Otherwise, it’s probably pretty underrated. Fries are the best as always. Crinkle cut is the superior cut! I love eating in because they give you the best amount of fries with your meal. Amazing visit. The staff was great and the food was hot and seasoned. Thanks!

Went through the drive thru on 5/18/24 at 7:21 pm. I ordered two 3 piece tender combos that totalled out to be close $20. When I pulled up to the first window to pay the women repeated my order back to me and swiped my card. After she swiped my card I moved on too the second drive thru window to pick my food up. Once i arrived to the second window the other lady asked if I paid for my order. I told her yes I did. The lady asked for my receipt and she went on to say you paid for the wrong order. At this point i became upset because I had waited in line for 15 minutes already. The lady went and got her manager. When the young guy manager came to the window he stated that he reversed the transaction on my card and the other order that totalled to be $40 will go back into my account in 3 business days. After he explained the reversed transaction he went on to say he needed my card again to swipe it for my order. At this point I asked him for any type of courtesy due to having to wait 15min and my card being swiped for $40 plus dollars. The manager said he wasnt able to give me any type of compensation. I told him my order came out to be $20 not $40 something.. For all you know that may have been my last $40 in my account. He still refused to compensate me for the bad service provided.

I left the drive thru and didnt get any food this day. I contacted Corporate and spoke with a representative. The representative stated that the GM would follow up with me and it hasnt happened. Long story short Do Not visit this location....Horrible service, untrained staff and long wait times...

The last few times my boyfriend and I have gone we’ve had a terrible experience each time. Tonight 12/11/21 we went to get canes. I didn’t appreciate being interrupted trying to place my order and it was very frustrating trying to get my order out. Let me get each one said before you repeat it back to me and to ask me if that’s all instead of interrupting me mid sentence. Secondly the girl at the window who is suppose to check my food to make sure it is placed right and that I had all my food did not even open my boxes to check once she got it from the kitchen. I understand there is a lot of cars but you still check it or at least have the decency to watch them pack it. When I got my food I was missing my BOB toast and our fries had no salt and were disgusting, which meant they were probably old and they may have double dipped (which they ain’t suppose to do) them and not have added any salt. Canes food is way to expensive for the only thing good out of the whole meal is the drink and on occasion the chicken. I like canes but their night shifts are just ridiculous. You don’t have your lobby open so care a little more about the food going out...
