Captain D's — Restaurant in Georgia

It was SUPER busy on Sunday and while they were short of help, the staff had the patience of Job. That would have been hard with one customer who was in there while we were eating. He was very, Very, VERY RUDE using uncalled language to the staff but sooo Loud, as he Shouted while stomping thru the dinning area as well. You never know these day's what a person that irritate might do. Sadly he had what look like to be his wife and son who looked to be around the age of 6yrs old with him. I can't imagine if the man acted that way in public what he does in private. Staff stayed calm and handle situation well, getting him out of there as quickly as possible.

I do ENJOY! 😁 CAPTAIN D's DELICIOUS FOOD. I have many favorites. My parents, family and friend's eat there quiet often. We were all happy, Happy, HaPpy 🙃 when the dinning area opened back up too. Thank you...

Love this fish but yesterday roundabout military time 18:57 I went to drive-thru order# 0274 my server was Christian I had got the two three piece fish dinner so I was telling her about what I wanted and I said well can I get a bread cuz is a bread add to it she says no you already getting Hush Puppies I said know what I'm asking for is bread she said no I already told you you was getting hushpuppies up but I said no the breadstick she said breadstick I said yes ma'am so she's like yeah you can add that on there and then if your arm is there anything else and just the customer service was with her was very rude and my number one thing is I don't go to people restaurant and just try to find somebody who's trash talkin or what not but what I do not like is bad customer service that makes me not want even go to the restaurant and that's the end...

I went to Captain D's drive through & my order was #8 at 11:05am. I went all the way across town to get lunch & I get back home & one of the 2 plates was wrong. I called up there, since the plate that was wrong was not no $5 meal. A lady answered the phone & I told her what happened & she said "hold on"..She never came back to the phone & I held for 10 minutes 4 secs. & then I called back 4 more times & the line stayed busy. Apparently when she told me to hold on, she took it off the hook where I couldn't call back. I am highly disappointed. ( My phone is under my husband's name, so it's posting as him, but it's not him)..I am sick & tired of going to places & it's like no one seems to care to get your order right anymore ..We frequently go to Captain D's, & I will be telling the manager when I...
