It's not a positive review... but it's difficult to judge if I am being fair.
First trip was shortly after they opened... they were very busy with customers and basically completely and totally unaware of what they were doing. They were not even sure who had paid for their food. In this, I ordered a big kuhuna cheesesteak, which I am well aware takes a little longer. My order was kind of "pushed to the side" as they made cold subs for new people coming in until they had a large order of hot subs... at this point it was over 45 minutes since I had ordered. It finally came out, and I took my sub and left. When I bit into it... it was nearly all bread. It was very obvious they had use the meat for a mini or small and just kinda of scraped it across enough for a Giant. I swallowed my anger and just marked it down to new people panicing.
Today, I ordered online, and arrived at the store about 15 minutes later. Getting in to the lot was troublesome, as it shares a lot with the Starbucks... and the Starbuck people were doing their normal cluster bucking. The lot was full, I had to wait for a slot. I went inside about 15 minutes after the order was placed, but it was still a couple of minutes before the order time. I inquired and was told it was not yet ready. For the next 15 to 20 minutes, they made subs for the people in line, including probably 6-8 people that come in after me. Once they were done and had a hole in the line... they began to make what I recognized as my three subs for pick up. It seems like such a silly thing to be as angry about as I am.
There is another location a few miles down the road that I have been going to for decades with zero problems that I am immensely pleased with... I think I might...
Read moreNever had Jersey Mike's, and maybe others are better, but this was the worst sandwich place I've ever been to. There were 3 people working there, 1 lady who looked like the manager. The guy took my order, and started making it when the lady came up to him and started getting onto him like he was a small child. Not sure what the issue was, but she was talking to him for 5+ minutes about how he was holding everything up by not making other sandwiches. Meanwhile, she was holding up the whole line of several people. The guy behind the cash register finally felt so awkward (as did everyone else in the store) that he told me he'd finish my order. Only what I didn't realize is that he just put a couple vegetables on it, and nothing else.
So I ended up paying $10 for a half sandwich with 4 pieces of turkey, a little provolone, and no mayo or mustard or anything. The $10 didn't even come with a drink or chips or anything. Publix is much better tasting, WAY bigger sandwich size, better customer service, and I get a chips and a drink for about the same price. I'll stick to...
Read moreBeen using JM for the 10 years(originally from NJ). I love their food, but especially love their reliable Customer Service. The staff in all of the states (10+ visits between Georgia and New Jersey, many road trips home) I’e visited is consistent and incredibly trained.
My usual store is located on Glenda Trace in Newnan and is top notched!!! I’ve had immeasurable wonder experiences with the JM Team there-Shout Out to those guys! However, yesterday decided to try their newest location on Bullsboro Road instead. HUGH mistake!!! The Sandwich I ordered vs The Sandwich I received is as far away as New Jersey is from Georgia. Paid for extra meat, requested a different cheese, nothing out of the normal. It was as if the person who prepped the order decided “I’m making this my way”, and proceeded to do just that! Needless to say, that experience left me #SANDY and I will not be returning again to that Shore. Tried to call the store without success, but my future interactions with be back where I belong,...
