forgot my nibbler in my mobile order. had to walk back in and then when i got it it was COVERED in the wrong sauce. and the 4 finger plate i got had the smallest tenders so it doesn’t even fill up like a 4 piece should. thanks zaxby’s. 👍🏻 used points for that too

EDIT august 1st: When i went again today to this location (even though i always have a bad experience here and i don’t mean to be dramatic, they handed me the wrong order after i told them the mobile name for it, and had to hand it back, and then they handed it back to me and the drink was still wrong after i waited 35 minutes in line after ordering mobile . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REDO MANAGEMENT/STAFF/UPDATE TRAINING AT THIS LOCATION or close it because they don’t ever get anything right. There’s no other zaxby’s nearby so i won’t be choosing this fast food chain anymore. I tried multiple times to get some decent service but never once did it come out right. In my order, I got 10 Boneless teriyaki wings and when I got my order in the drive-thru, I went home and opened up my food only to find out they gave me traditional wings instead of boneless. I drove back to Zaxby's and talked to the manager telling her I was given the wrong wings and she said she will get me the correct wings. After she gave me the correct wings, I told her I order at this Zaxby's a lot and I appreciate the service here, but I would like to be reimbursed for wings since I had to come back to get the wings that I ordered originally. She said she would get me a refund and snatched my receipt, walked to the computer, and slammed it on the counter and proceeded to get the money out of the register. She handed me the money and didn’t say sorry or give me an apology whatsoever. During the whole interaction, no apology from the manager was given.
