We have been trying to get over to Mason Dixon Distillery for the past 4 months. Finally got the time to go check it out. Our meal was great. We had the Brisket tacos w/ street corn ($16) and the smoked ribeye sandwich w/ fries($15). The 3 tacos are big and well flavored. The street corn was good but I'd like to see local corn used instead. The ribeye sandwich was a big meal also and the horseradish sauce made it amazing. Very filling and good sandwich overall. The french fries are good but I prefer hand cut french fries. The dessert we chose were 3 different liquor infused ice creams. The banana nut muffin is out of this world good !! Seriously could be boxed and sold in grocery stores ! The pancakes and bacon was super odd and had chunks of bacon in it. It didn't work for us eventhough I'm a bacon junkie. The coffee and doughnuts could use more coffee flavor. The drinks were good but a little pricey for the size. We got the Pain killer ($7.50) and the Strawberry daiquiri ($9.50). The pain killer was perfectly blended and had great flavor combos. The daiquiri had real strawberries in it which is rare to find. Would be nice to have some whip cream on top. It was amazing regardless. We also tried there bourbon ($11). It was very nice and smooth. Just like a bourbon should be ! Next time we will go on a Sunday to try the BBQ. Yanni the owner personally goes around making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. He definitely knows what it takes to run a successful business. All the employees were very nice and respectful. Overall a breath of fresh air for South Central PA.

There is a bite mark . . .I couldn't wait! We started eating here in 2017 when first opened and were tremendously impressed. We have gone back every single time we go to Gettysburg now. "The Burger" - Stone Ridge Manor beef, topped with American Cheese, Corn Whiskey glazed pork belly, pickled onions, garlic aioli, beer jam, and arugula. Served medium on kaiser bun. For desert, we had the Captain Crunch Berry Creme Brulee'. The service here is always impeccable. The owner's Father is always a presence. One BIG thing to take note - your food here is prepared to order - there is nothing frozen, pre-made or "sitting around" under heat lamps. Case in point - my burger below. I waited a little big longer because our waitress thought that my first burger made was overdone. She came and apologized for the wait, but wanted to make sure I had a great meal!!!! UNHEARD of today and tremendously appreciated, as a burger "well" is a hockey puck to me. We are pretty sure that the MDD will be around a long time if they keep with the consistency and limited menu so as not to let that consistency slip. If you are in Gettysburg, please, seek out the MDD and have a fantastic meal there today!

Alright let’s get excited! We have an amazing distillery to complement Gettysburg’s numerous wineries. I had the pleasure to sample the numerous and sumptuous offering of distilled spirits. Unfortunately, to not insult the other drinks, I will stick to what I know and talk whiskey. The bourbon. Let me state my bias first, I love bourbon and I couldn’t be more excited to get my hands on the barrel proof delicacy. On the nose you are treated to an Apple pie aroma at first, with strong notes of brown sugar and cinnamon and a smidge of peppermint. This is 110 proof so it has a strong warming sensation followed by cinnamon and a hint of baking spices. The whiskey 11. A well balanced go-to, a blend of flavor with a warming sensation. Drinking it reminds me of a warm crust at the end of a delightful pie. The corn whiskey SE1 . It’s lovely color combines with sweet smell makes this a favorite from the beginning. The sweetness is evident from the first sip, but well-balanced with the smoky finish. The Rye whiskey. I am sorry to report that although this is a balanced spirit, it doesn’t change the fact that rye isn’t my favorite type of whiskey.

Just three letters - OMG! Came to Gettysburg for my birthday, we found this restaurant by word-of-mouth from a friend who travels here. I would love to give it 10 Stars if possible as It has a different look & feel than most places, that's what makes it so unique. The wait staff are very friendly & knowledgeable about all the dishes they serve & everything is locally sourced, that's a BIG plus! The portions are good sized, the prices are reasonable the staff is SO friendly, even the owner stopped at our table to ask if everything was satisfactory! They distill their own spirits on-site, we sampled one of their products, I was blown away by the quality & smoothness of the drink. This is definitely a hidden gem in Gettysburg, some people may be fooled by the outside but once you step inside it's an amazing transformation! No trip to Gettysburgh is complete without a stop at the Mason Dixon Distillery, family friendly, an outside dining area & some cool merchandise for sale as well, you will not be disappointed as we plan on returning every time we come to Gettysburg!

Honestly, go elsewhere. I had the $10 Old Fashioned to start out...good, nothing stellar, but still the best part of the visit. The food was absolutely lackluster. The chicken skewerless skewer our group ordered was swimming in a puddle of grease on the plate and had no seasoning, even though the menu states it is "dry rubbed with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, and onion". Hushpuppies spent way too long in the fryer, but they at least were served with a tasty Remoulade sauce. The potatoes in the potato salad were horridly under cooked and tough, basically like just eating raw potatoes tossed in a sauce. We were ready to order burgers after sampling the apps, but ended up cutting our losses and going elsewhere. Lastly, I hope that the servers are usually more attentive to guests being sat within their section, you really shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes to place a drink order unless the restaurant is crazy busy (which it was not on the night we visited).

It’s a kinda hidden distillery in Gettysburg, Pa. The only time they offer a special brunch menu along side with their regular food and drink menu is on Sunday mornings. Lots of parking and there was a line at the door before opening! The four of us were seated promptly and placed our orders. As we socialized the owner Yianni can around and thanked us for stopping in and talked for a few minutes. I watched as he tried to talk to all the other groups in the distillery. Food came out shortly after and was so hot and fresh. Seating options ranged from bar, high top, tables and weather permitting outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly and our waitress Gabby was great at recommending different food and drink items from the distillery. Open floor plan and easy access to the restrooms and merchandise. Definitely will go back another time for any of the great food and drink options or to sit out on a nice evening!
