Terrible service. My husband and I were driving 8.5 hours and wanted to grab dinner on the road, but we were on a tight schedule and had our 2 cats and dog in the car. We ordered our food online 30 minutes before we would be there and got an estimated time of 10 minutes to prep, so we thought that would be great, the food would definitely be ready by the time we got there. We walk in and can’t find a place to pick up to go food so we walked up to the counter and let them know we had a to go meal. They grabbed the ticket off the printer and started making it right then. I asked if togo orders are supposed to be ready ahead of time and the worker assured me it will only be about 5 minutes. We were a little annoyed but brushed it off. The worker then proceeded to mix up the two orders and put the wrong things on each meal. I said ‘Oh, I’m not sure that’s quite right.’ And he noticed his mistake but then tried picking the items off the wrong order. I can’t have cheese and it’s very hard to pick off shredded cheese so I said I would rather it was remade, if he didn’t mind. The lady at the register then took the food and slammed it into the trash can and very hurriedly made our food around the other 2 workers in the line. The burrito was very sloppily wrapped and we are eating on the road while driving, so that was inconvenient, but I didn’t say anything. The people in line behind us had their food finished before ours as the other 2 workers turned their attention to other customers behind us and totally neglected our orders. I asked if there was any way I could please get a bag of chips since the option was not available online for just a side of chips without dip. The lady looked at me and said ‘I can maybe get you one of our small complimentary bags.’ I said sure and asked, ‘aren’t to go orders supposed to be ready ahead of time?’ She responded ‘we only have 3 people behind the counter today.’ I have been to Qdoba many times and have not seen more than 3 people working behind the counter, so I didn’t quite understand this excuse. No apology, no mention of the mistakes, just attitude. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I understand the restaurant industry, and the food tasted fine, but this service was not acceptable, and frankly very rude and unprofessional. I wished her a nice day and left. We will not be returning to...
Read moreI first tried Qdoba when I used to live in Missouri before moving back. To my surprise, Colorado has a location as well and I was really excited to show my friends it because I just had so many good memories. Not from Colorado but Glenwood Spring was my first stop and this was our first stop for food.
Coming in, there was a late food ingredient delivery which resulted in many great items being unavailable. However, the people working that day (4/9/2023) just kept being super stringent with everything. Who the heck pays 13 bucks for the saddest burrito and rice bowls I have ever seen? I will literally recommend any other places except this Qdoba here I swear to god that even the gas station to the left of their store is that much better. Like for a single scoop of grilled vegetables, I saw the worker was trying to give me a quarter of it. It wasn't a mistake, they initially scooped a good amount then kept playing with it until it was a quarter. So let's imagine that, you get a scoop of bell peppers for your fajitas, you think it's like 10 thin slices of it? NAH NOT IN THIS QDOBA, IT WAS 2 OK.
TLDR: God no, don't come here there's a reason why it tends to be empty. Any stores within a quarter of mile distance is way better. Go to the gas station for your food holy cow is this place terrible. I wished they would have told us ahead of times that they need to conserve food BUT WHO NEEDS TO BE THAT STRINGENT AND...

We drove several hours to Glenwood Springs for my mother-in-law’s birthday and stopped at QDOBA for a quick bite — simple, convenient, and familiar, especially since she’s worked and still works for the company, for over seven+ years. What happened instead was an absolute disgrace.
We placed our order at 6:21 PM on 4/19/25. Despite her long-standing dedication to QDOBA, they refused to honor her employee discount and denied her a free meal, even though she had a signed coupon from a manager. To make matters worse, the employees were laughing about it among themselves, completely unprofessional and downright cruel. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was lied to and told there wasn’t one — yet the man in the black shirt (who clearly was the manager, as that’s standard dress code) was there in front of us also being disrespectful and dismissive while laughing alongside with Yasmine.
The name given for one of the individuals involved was either Yasmin or Jasmine — but after all the dishonesty, who knows if that’s even accurate.
QDOBA should be ashamed of how this location treated one of their own employees. My mother-in-law is a hardworking, loyal team member who deserved respect, not mockery and deception. I sincerely hope the individuals involved are held accountable and that no one else has to experience...
