Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

Giving these guys 5 stars because honestly to me the food is more important than anything else. I used to think I just hated sandwiches until I tried Jimmy John's. Turns out everyone else just makes bad sandwiches. It took one day when I was just desperate for some food and Jimmy John's was the only options and I broke my lifetime vow of hating sandwiches and tried one to fall in love with this restaurant. Their bread and meat is just unlike any other. I see a lot of people giving them a lot of flack for their customer service. To be fair, as an incredibly regular customer (visiting several times a week for months now), I have experienced a little bit of this. The workers are not the most bright, chipper, happy-to-see you that I've ever seen, and they aren't the best at interacting with customers. They do also have very long wait times, especially for delivery. But 9 out of 10 times they get my order right, and 10 out of 10 times, the food is to DIE for. So honestly, they don't deserve the low rating on Google Maps in my opinion. There is a reason they are crowded at lunch time. The food is fantastic. Normalize caring more about the quality of the food than whether or not the overworked and underpaid and highly stressed millennial and gen z workers smiled at...

I don't normally give a bad review, but today I find it necessary. I ordered an unwich, slim, #5 with mayo. Was told they couldn't add mayo. I then changed to a regular unwich #7, with mayo. The guy had already made and wrapped the #5, opened it up, added peppers, re-wrapped it and handed it to me. I sat in my car eating it, and while it was good, there was NO mayo and did not have double the meat, which was what came with the $3 additional price. I went in, showed it to the guy at the counter, he said it's "definitely double meat", though I counted a slice of each with him and handed me 3 packages of mayo. I could have done that in the first place. Needless to say, this location will not get my $$$ anymore. There is far better, friendlier locations and other sandwich shops. The 2 rating is for the taste of the sandwich...

Ordered curbside. Checked in, waited 7 mins & no one came. I call the store & they informed me they usually just let people pick up inside. But they could bring it to me . What is the point of curbside?! Why are you telling me you can bring it out like I didn't order my food that way.. After waiting a few more mins I get out with my sprained ankle (hence the curbside) and go inside.. they met me at the door with ny food.. get back to work & the food isn't even mine. Not even close to what I ordered & definitely not even an edible sandwich. 2 shreds of turkey & 3 slices of cheese & no bacon. I ordered a club lulu (turkey club w bacon ). This is my second issue at this location, first time was delivery so I decided to pick up.. the place just sucks Nope...
