The only reason this location is getting one star is so that I can leave this review I came to this location 3 days ago on my lunch break and ordered for me and my crew when I got back to the job site with our meals as you can imagine my chili cheese dog was missing so I called and called and called and called and finally got through to someone the lady I spoke with was very helpful and said that she would replace the entire meal no problem because of the inconvenience now mind you I do tree work so that day I got to work with no lunch so anyways fast forward a few days later I'm back in the area and it's late I figure I'm right here I have a meal I'm feeling like ice cream so I go there and the guy who was working comes to the window as unprofessional as they come not presentable by any means talks like he has zero education and like the customer is suppressed to bend to his word and expectations not the other way he's not here to serve the communities we're here to serve him I guess is his take so I give him my name and inform him that I'm there to pick up the meal to be replaced and I request that instead of the meal if I can request a ice cream and soft drink instead of not no big deal I'll buy it but he proceeds to very rudely brush me off and tell me that I need to come back and speak with the owner as if I have nothing better to do than travel back and forth for something I never got the first time and had some to someone already about and the problem had already been set to address but no this guy tells me this was because I didn't talk to him and that he knew nothing about it because I guess every time there's a mistake on a order it law that it be ran by him so he can be aware even if he didn't work that day and he's not even the gm but so I tell him we'll rather than further inconvenience me couldn't you just check on the validity of my claim so that I don't have to go through all of this and travel back and forth and jump through all of your made up hoops to get something I've already paid for but no he insisted rather than check anywhere or anything he'd rather inconvenience the customer more he was rude he walked away from me as I'm talking and trying to talk sense to his ideology and show him that it does not do me the customer any justice to do so nor does it make any sense that it is without logic but no the know it all kids who thinks he's doing the company justice by running off customer knows everything and lacks any sense of customer service and I may just be one person but I promise you this much as up all of the customers lost due to uncomfortable experiences here and disrespect and all of that especially when disrespected by incompetent and arrogant kids like this who have no sense of respect and no experience whatsoever with any type of customer service or problem solving to reach a common ground with the customer so that both parties can be happy well DQ I guarantee you've lost a pretty penny over people like this I hope that you are in the business for losing money because it of whatever small amount of clientele you have left you lost another yes another customer for good as well as my wife and likely my crew I hope this is what was your goal cause with the help you have hired and under trained you will continue to lose more good luck and I don't recommend anyone visit this location because not only are they uncompromising and incompetent but also rude and unwilling to accept fault or even allow each other to fix their mistakes they'd rather...

Never has there been an issue until yesterday when I went and ordered two small blizzards: one with brownies , and one Heath. Well they f-d up and gave me 2 Heath blizzards - which I didn’t notice till I got home even though they were completely melted.
The next day I went back to ask for the brownie one- and the guy working asked me what time I had come in for it. I said around 6pm- to which he replied he was working all day and never made one mistake. I said well you did make a mistake because I didn’t receive any brownies. He then said well he could make me another one but he would charge me; I asked to talk to the manager and he told me he was the manager. I asked him why he was arguing with me and then he told me he was the owner. I questioned him about his business ethics - and He continued arguing with me over the loudspeaker which I thought was not only completely unprofessional, but pathetic. I then stated that I was too nervous to order from him anyways, and that I didn’t want to continue with the order- he said “good” and to “get off the premises”- in a very angry tone. I am mortified. Read moreCompletely unacceptable customer service from the manager at this store. Told us they were closed a full 10 minutes before the sign said they should be, without any reason why. When we kindly requested to be served, as it was well within hours, we were rudely dismissed, and were fairly disrespectfully asked to leave. To add insult to injury, one of my friends was a good friend of someone working there, and asked to greet him, at the very least. Instead, he was completely shut down.
