Ok, so where do I begin! The gentleman that sat us down was extremely polite and friendly, the waitress was as well! Other than that, it was all down hill. They were out of Diet Coke and salad but offered to put 2 more garlic knots instead of the salad per plate. The knots were good but had no garlic sauce. They served it with a marinara sauce that was not edible. I thought I would play it safe and order a pizza. I love pizza!!! It is difficult to make a bad pizza in a pizza restaurant but they managed to give me a store bought pizza. No way this was freshly made. My son’s baked ziti was tasteless and he could not finish it. My daughter in law did like the chicken parmigiana sandwich…her words, “It’s not bad”. My 2 daughters had the calamari appetizers served with a horseradishy sauce. One of my daughters said, “It tastes like vinegar”. And the calamari were not breaded there, they also seem like a pack of calamari that you get in the freezer section of Ingles or Publix. The buffalo chicken dip was ok as per 2 of our kids but it did not look good so I did not have any. I do not usually do bad food reviews but this food was so bad on so many levels. I have never been able to understand how a large family puts a review that all the meals were bad. I usually just think, they are just picky eaters but we were eight and everything except the sweet tea and coke was poorly made. Kudos to our waitress though. She got this restaurant 1 star for her service, however for our entire meal there were 2 syrup packets in the floor behind one of my step daughters seat (one stepped on) during our entire meal and no one picked it up or cleaned it up. All the waitresses stepped over it creating the floor to get stickier and stickier by the...

Had a large group (10) stop here for a late lunch (3p) because the restaurant we'd intended to go to had a two hour wait. The service was inattentive at best, even though was half empty; we had to ask multiple times for drinks and a few of the orders came out wrong. Our server disappeared after brining some of the food items out, others were brought by assumed kitchen staff and we had to flag down other servers to ask for missed items. Everyone working there seemed inconvenienced and annoyed. The food wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything we'd recommend. Lettuce for salads was wilting, pizza didn't have much flavor, and canzones had very little filling. About halfway through our meal we got to witness who we assumed was an owner or manager berating one of his staff over cleaning a table that was very clearly vacant simply because some of the food hadn't been eaten (you can imagine why it'd been left behind) and there were untouched water cups. Getting the checks seemed to take forever and several were incorrect, plus some of the prices were more than was listed on the menu. And to top it off, on our way out we had to scurry around the same owner/manager who was "dancing" around the patio area "singing" karaoke with no regard for anyone trying to enter or exit. Next time, we'll opt for the...

We got seated instantly seated, but our waitress Cassie was far to be desired. I feel like she forgot about every-time she turned around. It took her 25 mins times to just place an order because she completely disappeared I watched another table get food in the time it took me to place an order the restaurant was basically empty and dude working services was knocking his tables out like a mad man… Cassie however knew 1 speed. Slowest waitress ever, even after our food came it took 8 timed mins to get plates to put our pizza and wings on. We got checked on 1 time in the entire meal.. followed by a 15 min wait to get a check which involved getting a different waiter to get the check and box. When she finally came with our check after he hunted her down she charged me for items I didn’t even pay for. I then once again had to go to a different waiter for the refund on her mistake, she walked by me (Cassie) cringed 😬 at my face and without apologizing walked by and ignored me like she had done the entire meal. Food was basically all purchased from Sysco but mostly acceptably but 10 wings and a 10 inch pizza was $50 which is crazy. We had no drinks. They charge a destination fee also for the privilege of being tortured. I would like to give this place a...

Our family had a great experience eating here! Our waitress was 10/10. Very nice and kind, interacting with our kids, going above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. The mozzarella cheese sticks were cooked perfectly. We had one calzone with pineapple and ham (Hawaiian). One calzone with bell peppers, black olives, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. One 10in pizza with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and cheese. The calzones were the biggest I have ever seen. They were loaded with the toppings we chose! They were cooked just right, and both of them tasted amazing. The pizza was just as good, loaded with flavor and crisp with every bite! We have definitely found another restaurant to eat at each time our family visits Helen. Wonderful people, very clean restaurant, and amazing food!

While passing by from a drive in the mountains stopped at this place for lunch. Very dissatisfied. Ordered the crispy calamari, Caesar salad, and buffalo pizza. Calamari was over cooked, rubbery. Caesar salad looked like out of a bag into the bowl, not washed or tossed and served with what looked like grocery cheap vinaigrette. Pizza crust was hard topped with less than low quality cheese and frozen precooked chicken. Reason we stopped at this place was to have what we thought will be freshly made pizza, instead we got served what appeared to be food out of a box reheated and sitting too long under a heat lamp. Unwashed lettuce is a BIG NO. Overall very disappointed. Over priced food for what you serve.

Charming little cafe; we came for lunch and it was delicious! The host, (who also served us,) was really nice, it came out really quickly, and the food was fantastic! We had the pepperoni pizza and the fried ravioli. Great atmosphere - We sat on the covered patio. They have the most darling little fairy houses in the trees along the sidewalk and patio, as well as a plaza with a pretty fountain. The inside has rustic, log cabin vibes, but it was clean and tidy, (and smelled really nice!) I definitely recommend coming here if you're visiting Helen!
