In my initial order, I placed a breakfast burrito and a bagel approximately 25 minutes ago. I understand that this establishment is known for its high-volume breakfast burrito, which typically includes sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese. However, I was unaware that the burrito I ordered did not contain any of these ingredients. Consequently, I unknowingly purchased four burritos and a bagel, each priced at seven dollars, resulting in a total bill of sixty dollars. Upon reviewing the menu, I noticed that the combination of a breakfast burrito and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is explicitly stated to include both meats. I inquired with the cashier about the discrepancy in my bill, and he informed me that the additional cost was due to the presence of extra meat. Upon further clarification, I realized that the menu does not explicitly state that both meats are included in the combination. I expressed my confusion and requested clarification, but the cashier reiterated that the combination does include both meats. I have been consistently advocating for a change in this policy, as it is highly confusing and misleading for customers. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of providing accurate information to customers. The cashier’s response, which implied that I was being intentionally deceptive, was unacceptable. I acknowledge that this may be my first visit to the establishment, and I understand that the menu may not be immediately apparent to everyone. However, as a professional, I strive to provide accurate information to my customers. The supervisoractions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction. It is unacceptable to charge customers for items that are not explicitly included in the menu. Furthermore, the cashier’s apparent knowledge of his own mistake and his subsequent denial of it are deeply disappointing. It is crucial for businesses to be transparent and accountable to their customers. We are currently preparing breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. It is imperative that you acknowledge the fact that your employees are misrepresenting the situation. Please listen to their concerns and cease engaging in deceptive practices. This behavior is not only inappropriate but also unethical. The current standards of business in Boise demand a more transparent and honest approach. I understand that many individuals have patronized your establishment, and I trust that you are not complicit in this deception. As a professional, I hold myself to the highest standards, and I expect the...
Read moreI’ve been pretty consistently disappointed with my experience here. The breakfast burrito is bomb and if I didn’t have to deal with poor customer service every time I come in, I’d continue getting it. The breakfast sandwiches are okay- not stellar. If they were in the $4- $5 range, their price would match their quality. The service is just terrible, however. I’ve had countless situations where the employee behind the counter is inept. Once even arguing with me when my total for a breakfast bagel, bag of chips, and slice of banana bread was $4…. Simple math tells me that’s incorrect. The employee insisted it was correct despite me pointing out the sandwich alone was more than that. Finally I relented and paid but felt concerned at the employees lack of common sense. Today, I was waiting in a line of 3 people. One in front of me, one behind. The person in front of me places their order then the employee starts asking the girl behind me to order. She, not knowing I was being skipped, placed her order and stepped in front of me. I had to say “Excuse me, can I order?” to the employee. At which point, the unknowing customer was extremely apologetic for cutting in front of me. The employee did not even address the fact that he had skipped over me and then ignored me. I was in no way frustrated at the other customer, she wouldn’t have known what was going on… If you want to pay $7.50 for an okay breakfast sandwich and have a bizarre customer service experience, this is your place. For me, I’ve given enough chances and I will...
Read moreAs many times I have driven by this bagel shop, I have never stopped in. I was in the mood for a bagel sammy so I stopped in today and got one!
The gentleman that helped us a so nice! Since it was our first time there, he was patient and helped us out with their menu. Their menu had a lot of options which can be overwhelming but after going through their many options we decided on a salami sandwich on a cheese bagel, French dip and a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup.
My sandwich was so good! The cheddar bagel was soft and chewy. It was also sweet and savory. There was a good amount of salami and veggies. My daughter's French dip a nice and hearty! She ate every bite of it. The dip was hot and savory. A perfect addition to her sandwich. The soup was piping hot! There were chunks of carrots and celery. The rice was more broken down but it was still good!
I work a couple blocks from this joint and I look forward to coming here for some hot soup and more bagel sandos! Staff is hella friendly and it's local. Two bonus points to hit this joint up...
