Wild Beaver Saloon — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Lol... I dont work here, but im at this bar literally every weekend for the past 10+ years. These negative comments are bogus. I was present and witnessed most, if not all of them that I read. -The girl who claims the bouncers watched and encouraged her friend getting beat up: She and her boyfriend were drunk. Her boyfriend got mad at another guy for accidentally bumping into her and he started a fight with the guy. Her boyfriend got kicked out for starting the fight, and she became verbally abusive to the bouncers, so she got kicked out too. The bar and bouncers handled the situation appropriately and professionally. Kudos to the bar staff, and shame on this girl for lying on a negative review, potentially affecting peoples livelihoods, just because she and her boyfriend can't handle a little alcohol. I could go on with a majority of the other negative comments, as I was there and witnessed almost all of them, but they are mostly all the same. Somebody got drunk, they got kicked out because of their own behavior, so they leave a bad review where the business can't resolve the bogus...

I have been to Wild Beaver a couple times. Some of the times have been a pleasant experience with my friends and I. However, this night (on our friend's after wedding celebration) was one of the worst social environments I've been apart of. We arrived when there was about 20 people in the bar, and immediately requested our karaoke songs. We patiently waited for over 2 hours, and when I finally approached the hostess she mentioned how the queue was longer than 2 hours. Not only is this logically impossible from our our arrival time, but I saw her bring several of her friends up on the stage and skipped every person's spot in the queue to sing songs for her friend group. Even if it wasn't a wedding night celebration with our bridal party, what happened was a very toxic and exclusive environment to fit the agenda of the karaoke hostess. While I have had a couple of ok experiences at Wild Beaver, after tonight, I wouldn't recommend this bar to anyone trying to have a fun night out and I will definitely not be...

I can't give the place a totally bad review. The place was hopping and the bartenders and door men were great. The atmosphere was charged and the place was packed. People were nice and there to enjoy themselves. It was the entertainment where I give that not so Great review. Your Karaoke DJ let friends, family, and those with Big pockets sing as much as they want. Waited 3 hours and never got a chance to sing. First time out in almost 4 years because life happened. Just wanted a fun night. I guess this wasn't My night. Very disappointed in the choice of your KJ. Dead air space between singers because she was outside or flirting with big pockets. Maybe, if I hit the lottery, I'll be able to sing a song there. Either that, or grow the male anatomy. The bar is great, just make better choices on...
