I would only give this place a 1.5 stars and the .5 coming from the worker who was trying to help me in any way he could fix the terrible situation. I pull up to the drive thru and place my order, I receive my order and the entire order is melted because they just made it and let it sit while I was stuck in the slow drive thru. I go inside, they are remaking the order and bring me my malt I ordered without a lid. I ask for a lid and get told “we don’t have any” the worker who was initially helping proceeded to say I’ll just upgrade you to a large so you can have a lid. He gave it to the worker on shakes and malts and then told her what to do, she didn’t and just gave me back the initial (now melted) malt.
I got my order fixed finally. Got my fries that were also missing. Didn’t get a straw, and didn’t get a spoon as they were out as well. The worst part of this whole experience is that the manager is just sitting in the lobby doing something on her computer. As a previous food chain manager, the schedule can wait. It is not that important when you have 10 employees frazzled because nothing is working, things are getting mixed up, and customers are not happy. Physically slightly smaller than the Hilliard location I’ve been going to. This one is better with sharper quick service. A fully stocked condiment selection. When looking at them search for the packet of powdered flavoring as used on the delicious fries
Bought a shaker bottle of that and the all important fry sauce. Now fully stocked at home. Facility nice and clean. Music a bit overwhelming as someone in corporate must have come from the Horus noisy five guys burgers. Cut the music back. As it was I clearly ordered a two patty Freddy burger and was surprised to see a single delivered.
Should have scanned my receipt before I left the counter. On the plus side the single was wonderful with great pickles
The manager took time out to introduce herself and talk about the great experience I had.
A bit closer to my east side location which means this will be the Freddys of choice going forward.

Read moreWaited inside for 45 minutes before getting food, the only reason I waited only 45 minutes is because the “manager” came around asking how things were and I told her I hadn’t received my order yet. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only bacon and cheese, when I received my order the burger had everything on it and had to be remade, I also did not receive my side of cheese sauce. They corrected my burger and told me the cheese sauce machine was broken/not heating. The “manager” proceeded to tell me that she was not the manager of that store and was sent down from another store that has not opened yet and just trying to help get things going at this location. Cool, so I would say it is safe to assume you are being paid manager pay and not doing charity work, therefore you are the manager of this store currently. With that mentality, instead of trying to figure things out at this location so when her store opens it hopefully runs more efficiently, she seems to be fine with taking zero accountability at this location because she is just...
