Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Normally I don't put a review up unless the establishment is exceptionally good. This Starbucks normally is good but I went there yesterday and ordered a mocha latte, and it tasted like it had no coffee in it, nor did it have any taste of mocha. If it were just my coffee I would've left it at that, but both of my friends received sorry excuses for the drinks they ordered.

I watched the barista steam the milk for my friends pistachio latte for like 2 seconds, dump the milk in the cup spray whipped cream, put sprinkles on it and call it a day. He said it tasted like pistachio flavored room temperature milk.

Granted it's Starbucks, but I expect at least some semblance of coffee in...

I went to this Starbucks last night at 9:30 after a very long evening of Christmas shopping for my kids. I wasn't getting drinks just 11 gift cards for my daughters' teachers.

The girl working the register was absolutely wonderful, she was very kind and worked as fast as she could to manually key them all in. Not once did she complain even though she had a line growing behind me. She even offered to buy me a drink when I gave the reasoning for all the gift cards. I was pretty flustered and her attitude made me feel a little better

These girls were amazing! I was telling them about the horrible experience we had at the Columbus Convention center Starbucks earlier, and these lovely ladies replaced our 2 drinks!! I was so blown away at the dedication to good service, and making Starbucks look amazing!! I travel for work all over and stop at Starbucks all over several states! This group of employees at this Target Starbucks are quite the asset and should be rewarded for such dedication, service, and an overall pleasant experience!
