The staff there is the WORST I've ever seen in my life. They are lying, irritating, condescending and should be shameful for what they did. I would suggest people to stop going there. I asked a staff member whether she has seen/made my sandwich after waiting for 10 minutes. This is a common question for a coffee shop. All she needed to answer was "Yes, it's right there, or No, your sandwich is still in line. Please keep waiting." And there is a screen just in front of her with all order information. However, she doesn't even want to take 3 seconds to look at the screen, but jumped and yelled at me "I don't know!" I was totally perplexed at what she did and tried to explain to her that all I wanted to know is if it's ready. It's a simple question. I wanted to explain to her and calm her down. But she seems to have some difficulties in communicating with customers and doesn't understand my explanation, and then even threatened me that I am "disruptive" and that she would call the police. What a joke! Complete nonsense. There should be more training and the staff should listen to customers when we talk peacefully instead of "call the police this and call the police that," which can be very irritating and escalating. I left the store without further talking to her because I didn't want to make a scene but that doesn't mean what she did to her customer was right. I understand that she is a proud young fella but she must also understand that no one deserves her attitude and threat, especially...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER at this Starbucks. IT WILL TAKE YOU FOREVER. I visited this place today at around 8pm, which was one hour before they close on 9pm. However, out of the four employees, three were preoccupied with cleaning and clearing up their inventories, and only a single person seemed to be assigned to actually serving customers. Since no one was interested in taking orders, I just had to order through the app. The worst part was, it took an insanely a long time to get my coffee - it took the employee more than 20 minutes to make my drink - and there were only 5-6 people in front of me. This is ridiculous and it was the longest I have ever waited at a coffee shop.
When I asked the employee when I could receive my order, she did not bother to check the order status - she just said it's coming up. It did not. Even though there were clearly a lot of people waiting at the store (looking amazed at how things were slow), none of the other three employees even bothered to help with the employee making the drinks. Also, the employee making the drinks was constantly fixing up her hair and touching her phone - which really felt unsanitary, and she seemed to be losing the shaker every two minutes. Starbucks should take care of maintaining quality in...
Read moreI was there on Saturday 04/22/2023 at 1:10 pm. There were 4 women working yet only one who acknowledged my presence even though I stood at the register directly in front of an employee. She just kept her head down and went around wiping counters and talking to her coworkers and laughing. She never acknowledged any of the customers, just like her other two coworkers.
The other employee who was on the register next to hers and making a beverage for a previous customer said hello, took my order while finishing up with the other customer, and was a ray of sunshine because she acknowledged and served me and everyone who came in after me. I don't know her name, but she was the only one working at that time who was African American and slender. If she's not the manager, she should be, and they should all try to work like her.
Also, instead of fake wiping counters fill the empty napkin containers. Two good staff would have sufficed instead of three people without customer service skills or care to well represent the company, and the one/sole excellent server. Starbucks has too good a representation to...
