Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kenosha

Horrible service from a manager for a simple request. We came here 1/24 @ 3:53am and ordered two drinks. When we received our drinks my husband asked for a straw as we did not receive it as well as napkins because there was junk on the cup. She handed him the straw angrily and closed the window. He waited and politely asked for napkins and the receipt. She handed him about 30 napkins very rudely, my husband stated “you don’t have to be angry, I just want to clean my cup and may I please have napkins” she shut the window as he was talking. He wanted for her to open the window again and she was extremely livid at this point my husband asked for the receipt and she stated she gave it to him “he stated he didn’t have it and he does need it as well as her name” she stated “I’m a manager here” my husband responded that does not matter, I need your name please and my receipt. She stated she couldn’t provide the receipt and they were a privately opened company so her name doesn’t matter. We stated we are not leaving until we receive our receipt in which she stated “I would need to re-ring the order” we stated, please do so” she then closed the window and called for a gentleman to assist her. He then asked why we needed the receipt in which we stated “because we made a transaction and need it”. She chimes in “the transaction is already completed!” The gentleman provided the receipt and stated her name is Renee. The receipt stated a name of Denitsa. I would not want this person working in my establishment serving my customers especially as a manager “leading” my team. Crazy to me this manager or anyone for that matter would treat someone like that. You are in the line of customer service… that means serving customers and we asked for two...

Usually this Dunkin' is the best one in the area, but today my mom and I ordered what we always order (Iced Vanilla Spice with almond milk and light ice) and got two iced Chai's instead.

We ordered in the drive thru and the person who took the order asked if I said pumpkin (I had asked about the pumpkin donuts after giving my drink order). I clarified and repeated the drinks and thanked her. She said to pull around. We got to the window and we're handed our drinks by a guy. I saw the label on the cups and noticed that the drinks were a lot darker than usual, but the person at the window insisted the drinks were right.

We had gotten the new Chai mix before because they said that the Vanilla Spice pump was down so we know the different taste/look. We didn't care for it because it has a more bitter taste and leaves an after-taste, whereas the Vanilla Spice tastes similar to Horchata.

We pulled forward and took a sip and they were definitely Chai and not Vanilla Spice. I went into the store to see if they could switch them out and the person who I spoke with was the same girl who took my order. She said that the sticker is wrong and that she made the drinks so she knows they're vanilla spice. I said that they didn't look or taste how they usually do and asked if she could make Vanilla Spice instead of Chai. She said that she would remake them, but she made them correct the first time. So basically, she just offered to make the same (incorrect drink). I didn't want to be rude, so I just told her it was fine and left, but the drinks are now in the garbage. Hopefully tomorrow's visit...

Has the be one of the most popular Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Drive through line will back up out on the street and Gas Station spots fill up with people running into Dunkin. Service is spot-on and the Coffee is consistently great. Breakfast Sandwiches are good too but I’m mainly a coffee drinker. Staff is really friendly and I’ve never had an error on an order. The little notes and smiles on the coffee lids are a nice touch! Looks like they beat the Starbucks across the street during the morning rush. They recently renovated their location but could really use a stand alone location. They really did a great job running orders out the door when they were renovating. It seemed very organized. Been to a bunch of Dunkin’s across the country and this location...
