I would like to share my experience regarding my recent visit to your establishment, particularly concerning Daniela, the general manager.
During my interaction with her, it became clear that she needs to work on her customer service skills. It seems that she would rather lose a customer and receive multiple complaints than simply accommodate a request for an extra scoop of guacamole to ensure a guest leaves happy.
I want to point out that during my first visit yesterday, I wasn’t charged for extra guacamole, and the sign clearly states that you can add guacamole and cheese for free. It does not indicate that an extra scoop incurs an additional charge.
This was my second visit to your company, and unfortunately, it will be my last. My first visit was phenomenal, and everything was great, which is why I returned. However, after the interaction I had with Daniela, where she stated she couldn’t assist me, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction.
I believe that customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope my feedback can lead to improvements in service.

We waited for them to acknowledge us, and finish their conversation and instead of saying “Hello,” we got a “Are you guys ready to order or do you need more time?” So, this was very rude, they couldn’t even acknowledge us properly. And getting to the register is literally mind overload when you have thousands of questions being hurled at you by two different people. “Is it for here or togo?” and thennn “Do you need me to open the bottle?” “Do you have a bottle opener?” These are questions that don’t need to be asked if i’m taking it to go. Read moreMy friends and I were baffled by how rude the lady taking our order was. She didn’t greet us or ask what we were ordering. The first thing out of her mouth was “white or brown rice?” I said “brown and can I have a burrito?” she looked visibly annoyed by that… then she just stood there. Didn’t ask what meat or beans I wanted. I had to walk myself through the whole thing. She looked annoyed I was there the entire time. She put very little chicken on my burrito and then drowned it in queso. This lady has fake eyelashes and red lipstick.
