This is a pop-up restaurant at the fabulous Fountainebleu hotel. My review is 3.5 stars rounding up to 4. It's a cute little place offering seafood on the go or for just eating there. Basically it's cafeteria style where you walk up, order what you want, pay high prices, and go eat. It's Las Vegas!
I ordered the warm Lobster Roll, which came with crab chips in a bag. It was $36.00. I asked for plain water. I was given a small paper cup without water. They refused to give me water. I was shocked at this type of service at a first class hotel.
