The dishes we ordered were delicious, but the service was terrible. At first, I thought they were understaffed, but it seemed more clear that the person who was part of the team of servers was a family member. This guy seemed extremely tense, which i understand because the place was full, but the girl who was helping was sweet and patient and looked like she was was carrying the workload, she asked him to make an Italian soda and he seemed confused, since he didn't know how to make it , he then mocked to this request saying " who would asked for this type of drink" so she told him she will be making that drink, since it seemed he had that type of privilege. This Italian soda was made with cream in it; they forgot to ask if with or without cream. When my boyfriend came back to mentioned he didn't like cream in it, the guy who refused to make the drink at first because he didn't know how to make it, told my boyfriend that's how Italian sodas are made, he then went to the back kitchen very upset and I could hear him how he was bad mouthing my boyfriend. The girl who had helped us replaced my boyfriend's drink. After this incident, since they don't have creamer cups, I took the half and half box they had at the counter, i didn't know i shouldn't have done that because there's no sign that explains to serve ourselves and not to take the container, so i took it to my table and this dame guy came very angry and snatched that half and half box and said " give me my creamer back!!
