Duck confit quesadilla: This was alright. The duck was nicely cooked and juicy but I think the cheese and everything on the quesadilla leveled it down. Still a good dish though.
Beef Wellington sliders: Holy wow these are so good!! The patty is super juicy and works well with the mushroom sauce. Despite there being no lettuce or tomatoes these sliders were pretty well balanced. The chips were delicious, crunchy and clearly handmade.
