Crispy Pork Gang Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

First time in Never been to this area Saw crispy pork and oysters. Love oysters and fried pork So we go try it out.

Servers name is Alex The worse server you could Possibly get ever. He didn’t look like he wanted to be there to begin with We ordered oysters to start Asked him about sauce and what it’s served with. His replay seafood sauce!!! So what is it????? Sauce you eat oysters with. Oysters was stinky fishy about to go bad so who ever eats that will mostly get sick. So we did not touch them. Their seafood sauce to go with it was just as bad. We eat a lot of oysters we know what freshness is. Alex the server said they are fresh and we don’t know how to eat oysters. Told him to eat one, he declined. Wonder Why, Also the papaya salad Laos style with raw crab did not nearly or remotely taste like what a papaya salad would taste like. The crab smelled worse then the oysters and the crab Is indeed Raw. And was going bad.

We also ordered a traditional salad dish Duck Larp Got it extra spicy Meat everything cooked Flavor was not there at all Asked or sugar and fish sauce to fix it up a little to make it taste better so we could salvage some of the dish Alex the servers replied with we don’t carry sugar or fish sauce here. Umm then how are you making the. Thai food, cause we can clearly taste the fish sauce in the food.

All in all worse experience we ever had i a thai restaurant for starters I highly highly recommend people not to go and waste your time or hard working money to this place to be disappointed and not too be taken care of We did order 2 soups said it was like pho that. Dish was not to bad.

Alex the server didn’t ask if we needed anything never ask how the food was Or asked us how we were doing On top of that he left to go get a beer from some where out front Got back in to the store and cracked it open。 Some serious kitchen work needs help and management there is beyond helpful

Over y’all not sure how this place is still operating serving what they are and people not getting sick But they stay open till 1:30am Now we know why it’s so dead in there st 10pm Just terrible preparation and food handling Not sure how long this place will be in business specially trying to serve people bad or not health department worthy meals. Just trying to give everyone a heads up before spending ) $100 of Garbage and a server that doesn’t care and forgets orders and forgot some of our items Which we are grateful for cause every item we got was terrible ...

I have been going to crispy pork for about four years now and for the most part it has been a great experience the food has always been tasty and I have told plenty of my friends and family about this place. I even took my aunt here for her birthday With my family. Unfortunately, my friend and I went last night we were extremely hungry I knew this was the place that was 24 hours and we will be able to get a really great meal I ordered the pad see you and when my food arrived, everything was correct except that she gave me some skinny noodles. I flagged down one of the male waiters and told him that she putting the wrong order. My friend and I continue to eat in 10 minutes later the waitress comes over with the correct noodles slams it on the table and said “ you did not say pad see you” and aggressively walks away. My friend and I look at each other in shock and me and embarrassment. On top of that, when we walked in, we had to wait 15 minutes to even be greeted to even be served water but then a group of six white people come in and they get seated and greeted immediately within three minutes. The icing on the cake was finding pieces of meat in our shrimp fried rice. I have been a pescatarian for five years now and I have not eaten meat since. I have decided that I will no longer support crispy pork and I will also be telling my friends about this experience as well. I am an African-American women, I do experience this more often than I should, I’m very disappointed in crispy pork service as this is not the first time This would be the second time. It was a Thursday night last week. I went to the crispy pork gang restaurant to pick up an order for an Uber eats customer. When I walked in, I thought to myself oh wow, it smells really good. I should try this place one day. So finally, I did This week on Monday night. And the smell does not match with the food at all. I ordered beef broccoli with rice. They charge me over $18. They didn’t serve me. I was just picking up. I didn’t stay. I was taking my food to go, and cannot believe how horrific this food was. And they charge me $18 for food that was dry, tasteless, meat was overcooked. I can barely chew it and it didn’t have any sauce. It was dry as hell. No flavor I will never ever go to the restaurant ever again. They are overpriced and their food was horrible , really recommend for people to go to other places thanthis one because not only is it overpriced but the food was so nasty. UnFriendly and the first thing they looked at was to see if I left a tip and I’m wondering if they cooked my food according to if I left a tip or not, and since I didn’t leave it one, they made my food awful. on e. I shouldn’t have to leave a tip because I just want to pick up and go. Had if I stayed there and be served at a table, I would gladly leave a tip. . They overcharge me $18 for only one entrée and steam rice. Don’t waste your money at this place. They really suck and it was really dirty.
