In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

On 3/8/25 I visited this INB. They were crowded. The cashier said my order would take 10 to 15 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with no spread or tomatoes. The cashier repeated my order. 50 minutes later they called my number. I checked my order and noticed the spread was on there. The gentleman apologized and said we will make you another one. I waited 15 minutes for another burger. They put it in the same bag that had spread on it. I said you couldn't give me another bag. I left. I got about two miles away after eating most of my French fries I was ready to eat my burger. Upon unwrapping my burger I looked at how messy it was and that's when I saw that they hadn't made me a new burger they scraped the monster sauce off my burger and gave it back to me. I told them that I was allergic to the sauce. I go back and ask to speak to the manager. He took one look at me and gave a straight attitude. He flat-out called me a liar and said isn't this the third time we made you a burger? I said no. He said I threw your entire bag of food away and we remade your order. I packed it myself. I said if you remade it why does my burger have scraped off spread on it and I have the same stained-up bag? He said I will make you a new one. I said I've waited over an hour and paid for parking twice I would like a refund. He asks for my receipt. I told him that I gave it to the gentleman standing next to him. He asked him if that was true. The guy said yes. He then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me a refund without a receipt. I told him to look it up by my order number 34. He said we had a lot of orders that won't help. After 10 minutes of me standing sternly on getting a refund and suggesting that he ring up what I ordered to get the total of my order, he finally obliged. Then he gave me a gift card after I stated I would report this to BBB and the health and sanitation. The manager was rude and prejudiced. I will go as far as to say racist. He had a hateful disdainful look in his eyes from the time he approached me. I wasn't rude or loud. I've never been treated so poorly at any INB before. And I did notice that there was not one black employee there. Not even...

But what truly made this visit stand out was the exceptional service we received from Andy. 🙌 Andy was the one who cleared our table, and he was simply amazing! 😇 Despite the restaurant being packed, Andy took the time to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His warm smile and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. 🏠

What really touched our hearts ❤️ was that Andy spoke Spanish! 🇲🇽 This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially since my mom doesn’t speak English. Andy took the time to engage with her in Spanish, making sure she felt welcomed and understood. 🗣️✨ It’s rare to find such considerate and personalized service, especially in a fast-paced environment like this. 🕒

Andy’s kindness and attentiveness truly made our day. 🌞 He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. It’s clear that Andy cares deeply about his customers, and it really shows. 🙏

In-N-Out Burger has always been one of our favorite spots, and this visit only solidified that. 🍔❤️ From the delicious food to the outstanding service, everything was perfect. We left the restaurant with full bellies and big smiles. 😁

Five stars, all the way! In-N-Out Burger in West Hollywood is a classic for a reason, and our recent group outing there just solidified its place as a top-tier burger joint. We rolled in with a crew of about eight, all ravenous and ready for some West Coast goodness. Even with a larger group, the service was surprisingly fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and patient as we rattled off our orders, Lol. – a mix of Double-Doubles, Cheeseburgers, Animal Style fries, and a rainbow of shakes (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, naturally!).

The atmosphere was buzzing, as always. It's a lively, energetic place, perfect for a casual meal with friends. We managed to snag a big table outside, which was ideal for people-watching and soaking up the West Hollywood vibe.

And the food? Come on, it's In-N-Out! The burgers were cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and with that signature toasted bun. The Animal Style fries were a must-have, a delicious mess of grilled onions, cheese, and special sauce. And the shakes? Thick, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to a savory meal. Honestly, there's nothing quite like that first bite of a Double-Double and a sip of a perfectly blended shake.

What really impressed me about this In-N-Out location, besides the consistently delicious food, was how well they handled our large group. Everything came out quickly and accurately, which is a feat in itself when dealing with a crowd. It's clear they've got their system down.
