Ministry of Coffee - DTLA — Restaurant in Los Angeles

One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in LA. I placed an online order for coffee and croissants through the official link on Google Maps. When I arrived for pickup, no staff was present for over 15 minutes, and there was no way to cancel the order online.

The most frustrating part was that they hadn’t even received or prepared my order. A staff member eventually showed up and made three small coffees as an apology for the wait. However, when I received the refund, it only covered the croissant—none of the three large coffees were refunded. I ordered through doordash the almond croissant and orange cake. Both were disgusting and not as pictured. The croissant looked and tasted like large Burger King processed croissant, cut in half with the inside smeared with way too much butter sugar almond mixture.
