Terrible service. We doordashed from the food truck. There is no option to select any sauces, so we put in the instructions to add two sauces. Which costs $1.25. I even wrote the doordasher to double check, and the lady working the register told him I didn’t order any. So we had to drive to the truck ourselves just to get some sauces for their dry, flavorless, expensive food. When I told the lady on the register, she basically had an attitude saying if I don’t pay for it online, I can’t get any, and she can’t control that there’s no option to pay for them online. I gave her $2 for two sauces. She ended up giving me 6 different sauces. Overkill. If you were going to give me $1.75 worth or sauces for free anyway, why not just give me the two I asked for to the dasher in the first place?? Knowing customers can’t even order them online. First I want to start off by saying the environment is horrible literally I had to grab on to my purse ! Dope feen getting naked and sitting on people hoods going car per car causing a scene … then people asking for money, haven’t even had the chance to order yet … The big ol fuzz over nothing ! I paid over $40 for just 1 plate the filet mignon, chicken, & shrimp trio. For a plate to be over $40 I expected more I didn’t even get a drink! The cashier was rude and couldn’t even recommend me anything waited 30 minutes for 1 plate but what bothered me the most they don’t give u a receipt when u place an order just a number I find that very unprofessional! I placed an order online and it said it was a 35-40 min wait so we got there within 40 min and they had sent us to the truck down the street so I went and when I showed up they were telling me that I had to go to the store from and I told them they had just sent me here from there, so they were talking it over in the food truck so they ended up telling us that they were barely about to start putting in the order and they told us to wait another 40-1hour, on top of that I asked for no vegetables on my plate and they still put some in, I ended up spending a total of $71 dollars For 2 plates and for the service to be that poor I don’t think it’s worth it, definitely not going back there again, and on top of that they skimp you out with the meat that fill it up with rice, highly don’t...
