This is by far the worst pizza restaurant I’ve ever been. I placed an order and waited in the car. I forgot to ask I wanted a thin sliced pizza, so I called the store and the female employee answered. I said I just placed an order for chicken wings and pizza then she hung up the phone. I called again and asked if she can hear me and she said yes, so I said I just placed an order, and she hung up again! What a rude person! After 15 mins I picked up the food and left the store but I realized they forgot to give me a bottle of soda. I returned to the store and the male employee wasn’t even apologetic. When I came home and opened the box of pizza, it wasn’t fully cut, so the pizza couldn’t divide into pieces. It turned out my pizza was super messy because of that. I’ve read other people’s reviews about their pizza weren’t cut in pieces, but this was happened to me also. How difficult to cut the thin pizza ? Why the owner doesn’t even try to do anything to improve the basic services after all these bad reviews about their lousy work? I don’t normally write reviews unless the service was terrible and this business deserves the worst. I’ll rate them zero star if possible. They do terrible jobs and how do they sleep at night ? They must hate their jobs so much that they treat the customers with rude attitude and lousy services. With those work ethic, they will be working at the lousy businesses for the next 10 years if not 20 years for sure. If I was the owner, I’d fire the employees. If they can keep their jobs, that means the owner can’t find anyone better than them, or nobody else want to work at Pizza Hat. When has it become alright to jib the customer in #America. Although SM David assisted with an Uber insulated bag, it was so freaken cold 🥶 around 50 degrees cold... Anywayz! Did you know you have to dial #3 in order to speak directly to the store or you'll end up talking to the rude, obnoxious, fraudulently stealing legal name and card number? Apparently, Victor, at the call center explained they never take your credentials over the phone, however the first call did. Victor also stated several times the call center has no managers, no supervisors, but only clerks to assist customers with their orders. The store manager has received several recent complaints over the treatment by the call center agents being vile, vulgar, rude, disrespectful, and just plain wrong. Read moreBefore I begin I need to lament my remorse for not keeping the receipt so I can praise the restaurantess who assisted me a little while ago. I assume she must be a manager or at least shift lead on account of her exemplary customer service and professionalism especially when working with a mixed demographic area with there also being the extreme differences between each of them. To get to the point, I arrived so so much very late for my pick up just to also run into another situation that prevented me from being able to pick it up when I finally did arrive. Instead of trying to make me feel shameful or admonish me she without hesitation or prompting placed my order back in as im assuming my original order was considered spoiled or maybe a assumed no show pick up which allowed me that opportunity tll just come back able to be able to pick up my order which was fresh and hot and served with a refreshing sense of gratitude and appreciation as renued hope in mankind. She didn't make me badly or ashamed for my extreme lateness . She handled each obstacle with a decisiveness wielded mid and a compassionate patient and understanding heart.
