Panera Bread — Restaurant in Louisville

I just had the worst customer experience of my life ordering from this store. I placed an order online and later received a message that my order was arriving. 15 minutes later my order was still not there. I finally received my order about 20 minutes after the message said it was arriving. After looking at my order I noticed that I was missing a pumpkin muffie and a cobblestone that I had ordered and paid for. I had to call the store 4 times to get someone to pick up the phone. The young boy that answered was not very friendly. I told him I wanted the missing items delivered. He told me that they didn't have any drivers so it would be a little bit. 10 minutes later I get a call that they are out of the cobblestones and wanted to see what I wanted to get instead. I asked for a cinnamon coffee cake. 20 minutes later a kid arrives with the baked goods but instead of a pumpkin muffie and a coffee cake I was given two pumpkin muffies. I told him it was incorrect and he said "oh well I had already left the store. Sorry." I will never order from this Panera again. I didn't spend $40 on food to not get what I asked and paid for and to be treated like my order...

It had been a long time since eating at Panera Bread but had always loved it. Since I had taken my dad to a doctor appt and they were conveniently located right across the hall I figured there was no better excuse to have lunch there. The food was great just like I had already remembered, however I feel like the price of the Pick Two has gotten a little pricey compared to the amount of food you get. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup. Because they were located inside the hospital and we were there at the heart of lunch time they were so extremely busy you could barely move inside. But that didn't affect the wait time for your food at all! Even with people standing shoulder to shoulder we still received our meal in about 5 mins or a little less and everything was fresh tasting and our order was correct. I was completely shocked. This Panera GETS IT DONE!!! I stared coming here to mix up my routine. I like the food options. The app is easy to use to customize my order and save my favorites. The sip club got me coming more often, I love the ice tea/charged lemonade and the coffee is always on point -- shout out to Kendra and Betty. I really appreciate that the food is always fresh (NEVER any wilted lettuce and there is always a good portion of food). And most of all, the staff at this Panera location work exceptionally hard to feed so many people so efficiently. They get orders out quickly and correctly. There are always plenty of cup lids/straws and tea/coffee ready to go. The front of the house is friendly making eye contact and smiling. They help me quickly resolve issues if I ever have them. And I know the back of the house is a flurry of people working hard together. I really appreciate that this Panera...
