Stopped by for shakes and juices with a party of three after our workout. Ordered 2 Cacao Lovers, 1 Forever Young and 1 Vegan Brownie. We swiped our card and as we were walking back something wasn’t adding up. I went back to ask for a receipt and we were charged for an extra drink that we did not order (Açaí Life). I told the employee that she charged us for an extra drink, she apologized and called the owner, who she explained the situation to and provided a refund back to the card. Just no. Every time here there is poor communication , never a ‘thanks’ , ‘ok’ or any warmth whatsoever once you place an order. Just a cold mechanical staff (except for the young black-haired gentleman).

I ordered an Açaí smoothie and it tasted nothing like Açaí, just like a generic mix of frozen berries that actually tasted like nothing at all. Decided to give a second chance and order an actual açaí bowl, expecting to taste açaí this time, but again nothing.
